Seeing the special of $for tile and carpet cleaning we called Supreme (Their latest address is on Lena Rd.) They arrived and proceeded to work We had prepared for the job by moving many items out to the garage After some discussion and assisting them moving a few things my wife and I went to the back lanai to get out of their way At one point I realized that they were gone without a "we're done, how's it look" or anything They had already been paid in full I walked through the house and found several areas on the floor that hadn't been touched even though verbally they said they had The bill, by the way, became $with the afor repairing and sealing all grout and the year warranty with free annual cleaning I called the owner Rich R [redacted] and he did return I explained to him what had not been done and what I expected for "grout repair" They did then spend more time to "finish" the areas in question The "repair all grout" was done with a caulk gun of adhesive caulk None of the larger areas of missing grout were repaired with a grout mixIt was a wham-bam job with a caulk gun and they were not even equipped to use grout mix Sensing I had been had, I went to the bank shortly after they left and found that they had apparently rushed to the bank as soon as they left my house the first time and cashed the check When the rugs dried I found that they damaged an area rug by what appears to be bleaching or over-scrubbing [redacted] I believe this company is a scam mobile service with minimal skills and a heavy-duty sales pitch Their service contract refers to a website for the details of their warranty The website is non-existent I sent a certified letter to their latest Lena Rdaddress and it came back "not at this address" Their sales agreement has no business address on it, only a phone number It is also very fishy that the check gets made out to Rich R [redacted] personally including the sales tax He was willing to take cash without sales tax as well You can also Google them as I should have done first and see the record they have made for themselves

I believe this company is a scam mobile service with minimal skills and a heavy-duty sales pitch Their service contract refers to a website for the details of their warranty The website is non-existent I sent a certified letter to their latest Lena Rdaddress and it came back "not at this address" Their sales agreement has no business address on it, only a phone number It is also very fishy that the check gets made out to Rich R*** personally including the sales tax He was willing to take cash without sales tax as well

You get what you pay for! We hired SCC to clean our tile grout and our carpets from his "Special" ad in a magazine. They did a horrible job, basically they sprayed a soapy product from a pump sprayer all over the floor and then the other guy had a swirling scrubber and went over the tile afterwards. No steam involved, no concentration on the grout lines, just a basic "scrub the floor". Left puddles of water everywhere and a soapy residue that we had to scrub twice to get the residue up. I mentioned while cleaning that it didn't look cleaner and he said it would when it dried. I thought that made sense that the grout looked dark because it was wet, so I trusted him. He kept saying he'd done this for 28 years and it always dries and makes a big difference. Then he tried to tell me someone had "dyed" the grout lines previously. That cannot be true because everywhere there was no traffic or a rug had covered the tile the grout lines were white as snow. My tile is no better than it was when he started.I took photos of before and after & side-by-side they are exactly the same. Waste of money. He also "cleaned" my white carpets & area rugs.. Same story....used a machine to put down clean water (Steam??) and then a machine to suck it back up. Traffic areas were not cleaned when finished, so I asked him to do the dirty areas again. He kept saying they would dry and look perfect. NOT! This is day 3 and my carpets are still wet and no cleaner than before he cleaned. They didn't put any furniture back, no plastic guards under the furniture legs (rust from the tips of the legs???). Two of my neighbors saw him here cleaning and asked him to come to do theirs. They aren't happy either. He cleaned 2 rooms for one and was there less than 30 minutes! and 5 rooms for another and was there about the same time. Must have done a "wet it down & go" cleaning. We agree would never use him again. Too bad I didn't read these reviews before I hired him.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. One of the worst company's to deal with! Originally "cleaned" and repaired some grout between my tiles in May 2015. Did not finish re-grouting and certainly did not do good job cleaning the tiles. Took full payment and promised to return within 30 days to finish what they were paid for. I called and left messages in all offices that they have. I spoke to the owner several times and he would "schedule" return visit. They scheduled it 3 times with me since September 2015 and NEVER returned and NEVER called back! As a matter of fact, they even started screening incoming calls and let my calls go to vmail. Most dishonest business ever!

They damaged our appliances, repeatedly promised to fix and Never did. When we contacted again, he hung up the phone like a child. We are reviewing our legal options, but recommend never to hire them.

First week of Nov 2015, the owner( Richard [redacted] and his son came to our house to follow up on their so called guarantee of getting the tiles and grout redone at a lower price....They more than accommodated us by applying a chemical to our stainless steel appliances and sink and basically stripping the nice layer off the appliances causing them to now be two toned ....numerous calls to get him out here have failed.. Many promises but nothing has ever materialized...Lies and nothing but lies...Use this guy at your own risk... If you find something that costs him more than a can of stainless steel polish....which he expect you to use from now on to hide his screw up..You will never see him again...He is taking your hard earned dollars to line his pockets...again at your expense....we have a number of pictures that we will be willing to share to prove what he can do....Do not hire this guy ...Stay away from his latest ploy to get unsuspecting customers...some deal out there thru a Groupon....By the way the tiles and grout ..terrible.....

Seeing the special of $199 for tile and carpet cleaning we called Supreme. (Their latest address is on Lena Rd.)
They arrived and proceeded to work. We had prepared for the job by moving many items out to the garage. After some discussion and assisting them moving a few things my wife and I went to the back lanai to get out of their way. At one point I realized that they were gone without a "we're done, how's it look" or anything. They had already been paid in full. I walked through the house and found several areas on the floor that hadn't been touched even though verbally they said they had. The bill, by the way, became $1300 with the add-on for repairing and sealing all grout and the 5 year warranty with free annual cleaning. I called the owner Rich R[redacted] and he did return. I explained to him what had not been done and what I expected for "grout repair". They did then spend more time to "finish" the areas in question. The "repair all grout" was done with a caulk gun of adhesive caulk. None of the larger areas of missing grout were repaired with a grout mix. It was a wham-bam job with a caulk gun and they were not even equipped to use grout mix.
Sensing I had been had, I went to the bank shortly after they left and found that they had apparently rushed to the bank as soon as they left my house the first time and cashed the check.
When the rugs dried I found that they damaged an area rug by what appears to be bleaching or over-scrubbing.

I believe this company is a scam mobile service with minimal skills and a heavy-duty sales pitch. Their service contract refers to a website for the details of their warranty. The website is non-existent. I sent a certified letter to their latest Lena Rd. address and it came back "not at this address". Their sales agreement has no business address on it, only a phone number. It is also very fishy that the check gets made out to Rich R[redacted] personally including the sales tax. He was willing to take cash without sales tax as well.
You can also Google them as I should have done first and see the record they have made for themselves.

Worst job ever! They sucked me in with offer to clean grout and tile for whole house for just $199. Once job was under way, they told me it would cost another $285 to seal the grout. When I declined the sealer, they almost immediately closed up shop and left my floors a mess. Streaks, footprints, dirt and sopping wet floors. I'm going to have to spend hours, cleaning up the soap residue and dirt they left behind.
