Review: I received a flyer from my employer faxed over by Supreme Choice Travel, advertising a 7 day 6 night stay in Hawaii for 299.00/per couple. I was advised per Dylan my salesman that I needed to pay 500.00 down to secure my vacation and that other taxes and fees would later be asked for to total 1200.00 for the total vacation package, per couple. I was sent information from a company affiliated with supreme choice asking for 138.00 to begin the booking process. Then I was advised to send another 50.00 to confirm the booking process. Then once that was received they would send me the final quote of my vacation package based on my dates of travel. I was quoted to pay 3500.00 within 24 hours of receiving the quote or otherwise the vacation would be null in void. The 3500.00 I was advised to pay was less the 688.00 I had already paid, but because I didn't accept the quote all monies are forfeited. I contacted Dylan he gave me the run-a-round and stated he would have his supervisor call me back within 24 hours. I have not heard from Dylan or his supervisor. I aslo attempted to cancel the process early on in the process, but was advised that only customer service could cancel the process and issue a refund. I was transferred to customer service and prompted to leave a message. There was never a returned phone call. I currently have no planned vacation to Hawaii and I have lost 688.00. I simply wamt my money refunded with no hesitation and I don't want to be charged with any additional fees of cancellation...etc. Thank youDesired Settlement: I want to be issued a full 688.00 refund and this posting to be available to other consumers who may be receiving these vacation flyers at their places of employment.
