Supreme Discount Printing

Review: We gave Supreme Discount Printing a 50% deposit in the amount of $124.96 on 11/22/13 for an order of t-shirts. The order was supposed to be ready for pickup on Tuesday 11/26/13. Since then they have given us the run-around and have yet to provide us with the t-shirts as of today 12/13/13. I REQUESTED OUR MONEY BACK WEEKS AGO, and the owner [redacted] claims that there are no "refunds" due to company policy which is not listed on our receipt nor is this policy legally posted in the store. Even so, this is not a case of buyers remorse, it's a case of us giving a deposit for products that have not been provided/delivered to us! On December 10, 2013 [redacted] (the business owner) emailed me and told me that he would call us to let us know when the refund was ready for pick up. As of today, I called this morning, he still has not returned our calls. I can provide proof of payment as well as every email that has been exchanged from the date of the original order.Desired Settlement: We would like the $124.96 which was paid to Supreme Discount Printing as a DEPOSIT for shirts that they never printed or supplied.
