[redacted]'s account is wrong from the start.  The quote was for $1800 and he was suppose to supply the feeder wire and dig the trench.  Our tech Junior L[redacted] went to Mr.[redacted]'s address and went over where to dig the trench and route for us to install the feed.  Once Junior...

arrived there was no trench dug and the feeder wire was incorrect size.  Junior and his apprentice went forward and dug  the trench and complete the necessary work to connect the hot tub.  Once complete with the electrical portion Junior and Mr.[redacted] attempted to make the hot tub work.  The breaker turned on and when they tried to to turn on the pump the breaker popped.  Junior test for any direct short in our wire or improper wiring.  Mr.[redacted] made a call and ink informed us that the manufacture was sending them a new motherboard or pump.  That night Mr.[redacted] called me and told me he works on cars and knows how electricity works and that the hot tub might not be working because our wire was not sized properly.  The wire is sized properly and electricity does not work the way Mr.[redacted] believes it does.  In order to ensure Supreme's work was done properly I sent Junior and our Electrical Administrator Justin M[redacted] out to Mr [redacted]'s residence.  Upon arrival Junior noticed that the breaker we installed had be relocated and there was clear and obvious damage.  Junior expressed his concern right there in front of Justin M[redacted] and [redacted].  After the conversation with Mr.[redacted] the night before it is my belief he moved our breaker or tried to fix the issue with the unskilled knowledge of electrical installation that he has.  As far as threatening to beat him up.  That is a lie.  Mr.[redacted] called me all kinds of names.  Telling me I was an it and incompetent.  I was never at his residence and was no physical part of this installation.  I told him I would reimburse him $300 just to be done with.  He then tried to antagonize me to come over to his home and he would tie me into a knot.  I told him it was not my style and I would cut him a check. He said even after I paid him he was still going to go after us with the Revdex.com and post bad reiviews.  I told him to do whatever he felt was right but I would still cut him a check. He said fine but come to his house and get at him.  He then told me he was Army and he could out fight me and out shoot me (which I believe is a threat to my life).  Once that was said I informed Mr.[redacted] to no longer contact me and take things up with the appropriate entities.  The proposal started out at $1800 with him supplying a trench and feeder.  We only charged him $1600 because of his military status.  Once Mr.[redacted] moved our breaker and caused damage Supreme no longer hold responsibility.  Junior L[redacted] is a skilled electrican that hooks up gfci breakers weekly and there is no way that the only issue with the hottub was Junior installing the breaker incorrectly. The so called fix after the breaker was moved was tho properly terminate the GFCI breaker.  If Mr.[redacted] would of call us we would of been able to easily resolve the issue.  It is my belief that Mr.[redacted] did not call Supreme back because has set out to get his hot tub hooked up for free.
