This company was supposed to supply me with diabetic shoes through my insurance company. In the beginning of May, *** from Supreme Healthcare came to measure my feet and to pick out the shoe design. He came with no catalog and only had maybe 2 styles from which to choose. He said he would be back with my shoes in a week or two. I tried to call on many, MANY occasions only to leave a message or the mailbox was full and could not leave a message. On June 26th, I contacted the insurance company for assistance. They were able to reach *** and place us on a multi-line call. *** apologized and again said he would deliver the shoes by the end of the week. It's been yet another week with no delivery. I called today, July 6, 2018 and AGAIN, no one answered, and the mailbox was full.
Worst service EVER!!! *** is NOT professional. This company should not be offering help to anyone who needs healthcare. I should be glad I didn't need oxygen...
