Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting there response because the vendor misrepresented what occurred during their initial visitI personally talked to their repair person while he was at my home and he told me he could not fix the problemOn their 2nd visit after their next attempt to fix the problem, I did accept the job because I realized they can not do any betterIt is resolved but I wanted to share my comments because they are very difficult to work with Thank you, [redacted]

I had my kitchen and two bathrooms remodeled by Supreme KitchensThey started the work with in three weeks of having all of my product delivered and I think was great after I stated to feeling little disappointed with the fact my product was taking too long to be deliveredWe start this project on March and finish on beginning of June The experience I had with WEM was very positive and I think he was very patient and very professionalHe found me the best selection from my tiles to my cabinets and I had saved at least 35% comparing to the estimate I had from homedepot and another competitorWem I have no work to thank you enough and hope you can be very successful on your career and wish you all the bestMy kitchen is one of most beautiful kitchens I ever had done and this is our fifth one we had doneAgain thanks Supreme and your staff to help us to get our project done on time and we are enjoying summer with our family and friendsVery satisfied

I share many of the sentiments as another negative reviewProject took over three months to remodel three bathrooms which we were told would take three weeks after materials receivedActually we had to finish the project ourselves and hire someone else to assistWe too were "fired" by the business owner because of the pressure we put on him to get the job completedWe have never experienced a more poorly communicated project and, it should be noted, that the owner changed his phone numbers during our project
Several of the subcontractors had very negative comments, and rescheduled often which, according to them was because of lack of paymentOne subcontractor said we were the last job he would be doing with this ownerThese subcontractors, collectively, were very good

We are talking to resolve the reason we didnt provided the counter top and the customer agreed and should write Revdex.com back with our agreement. I spoke with [redacted] and we will get it resolved.

We hired Supreme for the renovation of our master bath. Work included minor demo. and framing along with enlarging and fully tiling an existing shower and floor, and installing a new custom vanity. The owners were easy to work with and answered all calls promply. We had a couple of quality issues that were recified promply and to our satifaction. All in all we would recommend Supreme Kitchen & Bath.

We had a total kitchen remodel this past summer. We went in to talk to Wem about a partial remodel but after hearing his ideas we decided to do the total job. Wem had a vision for our tiny kitchen that we could not have seen. We followed his plan and it really came out even better then expected. We found all of his workers to be very nice men. The job did go according to schedule for the most part. Wem had a family emergency, came discussed this with us and made sure kitchen was in a place that we could use it. When he returned he did have a hard time getting the job back on track. It appeared he had a small team and that they were all involved in other projects during his 3 week emergency that took him out of the country. This was frustating for us but whenever we called Wem he did call back and did not leave us hanging. Overall, we are more that happy with our kitchen, it is beautiful and very functional. We would gladly use him again and would recommend him. Good price and wonderful result.

I had a half-bathroom and kitchen totally remodeled by Supreme and love it! Wem is educated in interior design and had a design ready for the first meeting in Eatontown (after having measured everything in my home). I was just going to replace what I had but he said "since you are redoing your kitchen why not make some changes?". I am glad I did. I have gotten many compliments. He also helped with suggesting cleaning products to use on my new kitchen. Workers were as neat as you can be with replacing a tile floor, etc. (It is impossible not to get that dust no matter what precautions are taken.) My texts and calls were returned either right away or within the day. The only way it could have been perfect is if it was done in the 6-7 weeks stated. It took an extra two weeks.

We have tried to get the granite issue resolved before but [redacted] wasn't present at that day so [redacted] said to our installers that she was happy with the work, so after [redacted] returns...

and did his inspection with the work he found the spot that he wasn't happy. We sent him a manufacturer warranty and forward him the properly e-mail from the manufacturer. On Saturday March, 28th, 2015 we came back with [redacted] present and fixed all the issues he had.
