According to your complaint- you were not dissatisfied with your hair you purchased. According to your...
complaint- you were dissatisfied with the services you received from our Salon.
Unfortunately, the stylists do not work with Diamond Virgin Hair Company. We are a separate entity. The stylists work as individual contractors.. If you would like this issue to be resolved- you will need to contact the salon at 317-388-8800, option 1.
If you were not satisfied with the services after the initial install- this should have been something that was communicated to the stylist prior to leaving.
