Supreme Lending

This is my 3rd time using Supreme Lending. The first time things went ok, communication was not good at all. The second time, things were faster as they had all my info, but communication wasn't the best. This time and the last time, communication was very bad, and I spent $550 for an appraisal they had ordered and something is wrong with the appraisal that no can tell me exactly why. Then Supreme Lending past me off to another company. I'm asking about a possible refund for a bad appraisal and the agent from Supreme Lending will return my emails. I'm very frustrated. I hope someone at Supreme Lending make this right. I will not recommend Supreme Lending to anyone and will be sure to let people know the very poor service I had until things are made right. It's not all about money all the time, it's about helping and providing a service for customers.

Buying a home can be stressful enough on it's ownOnce you buy a home you start to receive letters literally hundreds of offers in the mail about refinancing or cashing out or taking loans outIt seems as if the banking world sees you as a potential cash cow but approaches you under the guise of looking out for youThis can make anyone skeptical about financing But...there is a ray of lightMy wife was doing some research on refinancing and came across Supreme LendingShe inquired and we received a friendly phone call from [redacted] [redacted] ...weird...I know him as my friend [redacted] nowAnyway, [redacted] walked us through the process of going about what we needed to accomplishHe even showed great patience as I did my personal research on Supreme LendingAfter verifying that they have an A+ rating on the Revdex.com website, I called him back and began the process I spoke with [redacted] almost daily via email and phoneWe only spoke as needed to get things moving [redacted] went out of his way to ease us out of distrust and into a pleasant and professional business relation [redacted] always...ALWAYS returned my phone calls during the rare times he was not availableHe returned every emailHe even assigned a co-worker to help out in case I called while he took a much needed day off I know this is a long reviewI could go on and on about how pleased I am with Supreme Lending but mostly about [redacted] and his professionalismIn a world where doing business online can be scary, [redacted] represented himself and Supreme Lending brilliantly

I have had quite of few positive deals with this company If they pre approve them it has always been a yes with a quick closing ***, [redacted] and their staff are always there to answer questions and if they don't have an answer they will get back to you [redacted] for me Love to send them referrals

I highly recommend NOT using this company or any of their affiliates for your mortgage broker/processing needsThe broker I dealt with continuously lied throughout the processMy mortgage was supposed to be closed in February but was not closed until April due to their incompetenceMy information did not change through the entire process - yet I constantly had to resend documents as they kept losing themAfter finally closing they continued to ask for documentation I had already provided as they were trying to sell my loan - this went on for two months after my closingMy loan has apparently now been transferred to a company called Cenlar FSB which I have only heard negative things aboutI hope this review helps someone avoid the traumatic home purchasing experience that I went through

We had been wanting to refinance our home for some time but were very concerned about releasing information and working with someone we did not know, especially over the phone. For several weeks we received calls from high-pressure finance company personnel who demanded we release information to them before we could ever get any information back regarding refinancing.
Then we heard from Tim Valaski at Supreme Lending, who was very understanding and patient with us, explaining the overall process and answering all of our questions. We went through several phone calls and reviews before we actually got to the point of releasing personal information as we felt comfortable working with Tim and confident that he had our best interest at heart and would safeguard our information.
We authorized Tim to run the process and he got us a very good loan at a fantastic rate. Over the next couple weeks Tim kept us informed at every step with almost daily calls to review information and address any questions or concerns. I was in the market for a mortgage loan and had to go through this company because of my builder. From the start they always gave me the feeling that my loan wasn't going to be closed on time for us to move into our new home. They has no clue about the exact documents that they wanted and mis calculated the amount I was needing to close my loan. All in all had the worst possible experience with them
