To whom this may concern,

My name is Jeff I am one of the owner's here at Supreme Motors.  We have been in business for over 2 years and have sold over 300 cars and this is our first complaint from the Revdex.com.  Also, we have never had a bad review from someone that has purchased a...

car from us.  We inspect all of our vehicle's at 2 separate shops before we sell any of them and pride ourselves on buying the highest quality.  We pre inspected the 2009 G37s Sport and it passed with flying colors.  It had passed a full frame inspection, engine inspection, transmission inspection, electrical inspection and safety inspection's and was purchased with a full warranty through Manheim Auto Auction.  We purchased it with a full green light guarantee that covers all engine, transmission, frame, and electrical issues.
[redacted], [redacted]'s husband purchased the G37s from us on 6-15-2016 after coming down a few days early to look the car over and take it on a test drive.  We hadn't heard anything from [redacted] until we received an email on July 2nd.  He stated that they took the car over to Eastern Washington and it drove fine.  He mentioned he noticed a small rattle noise around the front middle of the car.  We always are hear to accommodate any customer and told him to bring it down to the dealership so that we can see whats going on.  He thought it was transmission related and dropped the car off July 6th.
We corresponded with 4 emails after the 6th.  The rattle only happens every once in awhile and our shop needed to hear the rattle to diagnose it.  After 2 addition inspection's on the car and phone calls to Nissan we found out the intermittent rattle is from the G37s's lightened sport flywheel and is common on brand new one's with only 6,000 miles on thme.  Its so common not covered under the full Manufacturers warranty from Infiniti because it doesn't affect or damage anything.  It only happens some[redacted]es and its only under 1000 rps's or when the clutch is engaged.  It's even more common in a lot of 911 Porsche because of the lighter flywheel as well.
We sent over 6 unanswered emails over the past 2 weeks after we figured out the cause of the intermittent rattle.  The last email we had received from [redacted] was on July 8th and that was when we received the last correspondence email from [redacted].  We have documented that we sent 2 emails on July 14th explaining what both shops found and what nissan said.  There was no response.  We then emailed again on July 20th, with no response.  We email again this morning at 9:30am.  Around noon we received a call from [redacted], [redacted]'s wife, who we had never spoke with before nor anytime throughout this whole process.  She expressed concern about not getting her car back.  She said that they had sent emails to us with no response and we explained that we never received one email from them and that we had sent THEM emails with no response.  They never once called or left us a message either.
[redacted] arrived at the dealership an hour later, today.  We showed him all the emails that I had sent and that there was no reply's from him even though he corresponded with 4 previous emails after July 8th.  We exchanged person emails and phone numbers after talking with [redacted] today and explained what Nissan and our shops said.  We both realized there was a miscommunication and I wrote his wife [redacted] an email stating that iI felt bad about how our conversation went.  Tensions were a little high because we felt like they had been avoiding us too.  I told [redacted] that we are always here for our customers.  He said he wanted to have his mechanic take another look at it to confirm it wasn't transmission related.  We told him to call us right after that appointment as we are sure it's not a mechanical issue or anything that will cause damage to anything.  We hope to have a great relationship with [redacted] and [redacted] and do apologize for the miscommunication.  We also forwarded all of the emails that we sent to [redacted]'s email.
We will wait to hear back from [redacted] and go from there.
