I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I respectfully decline Allied Transmissions response to my complaintAnd have responded to their accusations as follows: #Their claims that I have "changed my story" are due to the fact that I am NOT a mechanic and have taken it upon myself to educate myself about what has happened to my truck and the correct procedures that Allied Transmissions should have taken with regards to re-balancing the drive shaft when they removed the yoke. # Yes, there was a vibration some miles prior to the truck breaking down and three mechanics have stated that if there were a crack in the transfer case it would not have made it those miles#The main issue that I am fighting is the FACT that after putting in the new yoke, they did not re-balance the drive shaft, took it for a test drive and voila, all of the sudden the transfer case is leaking fluidDue to the FACT that they did not balance the drive shaft, per Jasper Transmission instructions, this caused the transfer case to crack costing me thousands of dollarsTHIS IS THE ONLY THING I AM DISPUTING! Regards,
