Dealing with Supreme Roofing Solutions has been a nightmare since I signed the contract.
Before signing the contract everyone was very nice and pleasant to deal with and you could get a hold of them. As soon as I signed on the dotted line. You could not get a hold of anyone. You could only leave a message and someone would get back to you, which they never would.
We did the house roof last year and the garage roof this year. When I called about getting the garage roof done the receptionist was quick to snap that it is a waste of time for the contractors to just the roof. When I called back to try to speak with someone else, they lost all of our measurements that where done the previous year and they wanted US to take measurements so they did not have to send anyone to my home. When someone finally did come to my home I asked the contractor if he could move his truck so I could get to work, he very quickly snapped at me because he had to drive from Calgary to just outside of Edmonton for no one to be home, before I could even say that my husband was home to deal with him.
When it came to the contractors calling to tell us when they will be at the home to install the roof, they called the night before for installing the house roof and called us when they where at the house installing the garage roof. After there was several conversations to the people who where dealing with our account that we wanted at least 24 hours so we can ensure that all vehicles would be out of the way. When it came the installing the garage the contractor asked for the cheque so I gave it to him then I left the home before he was done installing the roof. The contractor failed to tell me that they did not have the snow jams for the garage and cashed the cheque anyway. After trying to get a hold of the company several times got the same answer. That the roof was installed and the snow jams where just accessories and they should be installed. It took the company a month and a half to finally install them. All in all a very bad experience and a company that is very difficult to deal with. Great product that they have very poor customer service to deal with.
