Firstly, thanks katespade.com for checking the order shipped at lbs for meBut I will not accept that description "The order was signed for and the package weight is consistent with all three products" quoted from the katespade.com replyHow can you know the weight was lbs when *** handed over the goods? This description is irresponsible and kind of fooling meSecond, katespade.com called the address I send to "The third party", but I do not think so because we are friends and I trust themThey act as my proxySo I will not accept their detachment cause the address is not mineConsidering the fact that katespade.com sent goods at lbs and my friends received the goods at lbs, of course the most expensive bags lost, I would like Revdex.com and katespade.com help me to ask *** for refund*** is now the most likely party who have the responsibility to cover my lostI want my full refund back if *** cannot show us the actual weight when they transfer goods to my friends. The package contained three handbags. It was successfully delivered on 10/**/to the customer’s specified shipping address and signed for at the locationThe package weight at time of delivery was lbs. That is the accurate weight for the three items in the order. The shipping address that the customer indicated on the order is a third party shipping service. Merchandise will often be removed from its original packaging, repackaged at their facility and shipped to another country. *** *** contacted our brand’s customer service team on 12/**/16 to request the missing item be resent. We informed the customer to contact the third party shipping service she used in order to locate the missing merchandise and that any future orders placed using these services may be subject to cancellation. We have successfully shipped all items to the customer’s desired location. The order was signed for and the package weight is consistent with all three products.
