The services I received from this company were inadequate at bestThe nurse fell asleep while giving me an infusion and came to our home even though she was sickI have no immune systemThe aides are unqualifiedThey do not appear to have proper trainingThey expect too much from meThey don’t show up for work 1/of the timeWhen they are with me they spend their time sleeping, job hunting, playing on devices, talking on the phone, complaining about the work they have to do and moreThey tell me what they are not going to do and do very littleI have no immune system and they have come to work sick and don’t even wear a maskI was with this company for about a year and I had at least aidesThe admin., Kristy Fblamed me for having so many aidesThe truth is, this company needs to learn how to give good training to the aidesThey need to learn to be professionalOne aide, while helping me with my shower, even said to me “do you need help washing your ***”Another aide discussed how her boyfriend is a drug dealer and I takes a lot of medicationWhere do they find these people and what are the requirements for being an aide? I think the government needs to watch over these Home Health Care Agencies a little better, especially the Medicare/Medicaid onesThe stories I could tell you about these aides would make most people want to avoid the home health care altogether
