My move was from Detroit to DallasI did quite a bit of research and received many quotes that seemed good However, I went ahead with AAA moving services With AAA, I would have expected dependable and excellence service That was not the caseThey provided me a subcontractor "Supreme Van Lines" and my experience was disgusting Supreme Van Lines showed up, saw that I had maybe medium sized boxes and a bed so decided it was too few and expected me to pay a charge of $(tried to explain to me it was a finders fee) Ultimately I was on short time because I started my new job the next week so I felt pressure to be in Dallas as soon as possible I arrived to my new home in Dallas and I was told my belongings would arrive the following TuesdayTuesday started to become the worst word I have had ever heard because after the initial transaction I could not get a hold of ANYONE FROM SUPREME VAN LINES and neither could AAA! Infact AAA said just one week after they set me up with this company that they broke off ties with them because of horrible service I would call and call but nobody would answer and for the out of calls that were picked up they would explain to me that everything would be delivered "NEXT TUESDAY"! This stretched from May 25th to July 27th Eight weeks of frantically wanting my things and sleeping on an air mattress I am sure they simply misplaced my stuff and convinced themselves to forget about it Finally when my belongings did arrive Several of my bins and boxes had been broken intoStealing/losing approximately $worth of personal itemsOne bin had half my stuff, and the other half was somebody else's I am guessing they dropped a bunch of boxes and just threw things back in without much careAs much as I like Harley Davidson, I don't have any need for spare motorcycle partsSince all of this, I have requested multiple times to file a claim, which has been greatly ignored

This was my first time moving / I moved to another state n this was the WORST n MOST HORRIFYING experience of my life n I can never forget it
This company is a RIPOFF n treats their customers so poorly n rudely / they forgot that if customer is there, they have a business
The most rude n unprofessional people I have ever seen
According to the paperwork, my stuff was supposed to reach the destination max of business days as per the miles but it got there after days
Stuff was badly handled n every piece of furniture was poorly scratched
Nothing was properly wrapped n boxes were all ripped off n our stuff was falling off from the boxes and on top of that, our stuff was mixed up wth other customers and so much stuff was MISSING
They didn't give any tracking to see where our stuff was (like on the road or in storage)
We kept calling them but most of the time, they didn't answer n so we kept leaving messages wth no return call
Once the guy returned our call n told us 'not to disturb him again or he will block our number n said, u will get ur stuff'
We kept calling n leaving messages for supervisor n the person who initiated the process (name was ***) but no one called back
We were so scared that we won't get our stuff (we had + boxes of all stuff of our life from A to Z)
Finally when they came, they wanted the money first before taking my stuff down And when I saw my stuff falling off from boxes n all furniture scratched, I was abt to pass out
I couldn't believe my eyes the condition my stuff was in / these people were not professional from any aspect
So I took pictures of every thing and called the person who initiated the process (***) n by chance, he answered the phone / he told me to send all the pics n details of damages to him for insurance
I sent him the details right away but no response yet
Only mistake I made was not checking their online reviews n went as per some friends referring but when I chkd their reviews, they are D- with so many complaints
SO HIRE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK N IF U WANT TO CRY N REGRET LATER

The worst moving agency ever. Seems like a fraud setup. I moved interstate with this agency and it was the worst decision ever. Damaged luggage, Missing boxes with expensive home theater set etc. Its been 4 months. The agency does not respond to your questions about luggage. The staff are very rude once you pay them money. The driver responsible for delivering our luggage verbally abused my wife for inquiring about the delivery of my luggage and said "Do whatever you want but I will not give your luggage." What kind of customer service is this? Do not ever hire these guys for your move.

This could be the worst moving company on earth. Supreme Van Lines never showed up to pick up my mom's furniture and belongings on the scheduled date of departure as per the contract. It is now 3 days later and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my deposit back and then scramble to find a new (and reliable!) mover to pick up and deliver her things from Buffalo, NY to Florida. From reading other reviews on this company, we may be the lucky ones. They did not get their hands on my mom's furniture to destroy or hold hostage for weeks past the scheduled delivery date like other customers have reported.

Their contract means nothing. Supreme expects you to honor your end of the deal, but they do not honor theirs. They don't even answer the phone to resolve an issue. My sales rep even changed her extension number so I could not track her down. Supreme also did not answer the phone when the fraud department from GM credit services attempted to contact them to resolve this issue. My advice to anyone relocating long distance is to spend a few hundred or even thousand dollars more and hire a reputable company. It is worth the money, and certainly the peace of mind.

My poor elderly mother was so upset over this moving disaster, she wanted to call the police or FBI to report them. Run fast and far from Supreme Van Lines!

I was contacted by Supreme Vanlines when I entered my information about a move though a online company. I was given an initial quote which seemed reasonable. When the packers arrived they did not have 1/3 of my goods listed on the drivers information and I was charged extra fees. So my move went from 1400 to 2100. It took over 3 weeks for them to deliver my house goods. I kept calling the company and if I didn't speak to anyone I left voicemails which was never returned. I spoke to 2 individuals and asked to speak with a manager and they each said they are on another call and I will have them to call you back, NEVER received that call back from them either. This has been the worse moving company that I have ever dealt with and wouldn't even recommend them to move a gust of wind.

I had a terrible experience using Supreme Van Lines! To start, they more than doubled my original quote and added a bunch of charges that were never explained to me at the time of pick-up (which I should have known when I was told by the company I would need to pay $1500 which was $500 more than what my entire experience was supposed to cost). After pick up, it took the company 28 days to transport my belongings from Tennessee to Colorado after telling me that I needed to be ready to receive my stuff 7 days after pick up. When I contacted them after they were late I was constantly given new dates that were never accurate and told that I would receive a refund for an overcharge that never happened. To make connect with this company worse they would never return a phone call even when they told me they would call by the end of the day. Once the movers finally arrived, they arrived with my dresser being so broken that it could barely stand and was certainly not usable. On top of this, they lost essential parts of my bedframe which forced me to replace my entire bedroom (another $400 on top of the $3100 that I had paid the company to move my things). Overall, I had a terrible and disappointing experience with Supreme Van Lines. I wouldn't recommend them if you are hoping to get your belongings at the time when you were originally told, at the price you were originally quoted, or (in some cases) the state that you put it on the truck.
