I had a terrible experience using Supreme Van Lines! To start, they more than doubled my original quote and added a bunch of charges that were never explained to me at the time of pi(which I should have known when I was told by the company I would need to pay $which was $more than what my entire experience was supposed to cost)After pick up, it took the company days to transport my belongings from Tennessee to Colorado after telling me that I needed to be ready to receive my stuff days after pick upWhen I contacted them after they were late I was constantly given new dates that were never accurate and told that I would receive a refund for an overcharge that never happenedTo make connect with this company worse they would never return a phone call even when they told me they would call by the end of the dayOnce the movers finally arrived, they arrived with my dresser being so broken that it could barely stand and was certainly not usableOn top of this, they lost essential parts of my bedframe which forced me to replace my entire bedroom (another $on top of the $that I had paid the company to move my things) Overall, I had a terrible and disappointing experience with Supreme Van LinesI wouldn't recommend them if you are hoping to get your belongings at the time when you were originally told, at the price you were originally quoted, or (in some cases) the state that you put it on the truck
The worst moving agency everSeems like a fraud setupI moved interstate with this agency and it was the worst decision everDamaged luggage, Missing boxes with expensive home theater set etcIts been monthsThe agency does not respond to your questions about luggageThe staff are very rude once you pay them moneyThe driver responsible for delivering our luggage verbally abused my wife for inquiring about the delivery of my luggage and said "Do whatever you want but I will not give your luggage." What kind of customer service is this? Do not ever hire these guys for your move
I was contacted by Supreme Vanlines when I entered my information about a move though a online companyI was given an initial quote which seemed reasonableWhen the packers arrived they did not have 1/of my goods listed on the drivers information and I was charged extra feesSo my move went from to It took over weeks for them to deliver my house goodsI kept calling the company and if I didn't speak to anyone I left voicemails which was never returnedI spoke to individuals and asked to speak with a manager and they each said they are on another call and I will have them to call you back, NEVER received that call back from them eitherThis has been the worse moving company that I have ever dealt with and wouldn't even recommend them to move a gust of wind
