Reject business response. Please see attached pictures. These photos will be sent to the health department and seven on your side (Washington DC News station) if I do not receive a full refund. The hotel was completely booked due to Homecoming weekend at [redacted]. When I approached the manager about the room, he provided the corporate office number. Thank you[redacted]

Guest was sent an apology on 11/07/16.  We appreciate feedback from our guests.  Their comments were being discussed among our staff so that we can address the deficiencies.  We thrive to provide the most comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests.
