I received the response from [redacted] via your letter.I will clarify the response that was provided regarding “fix the seat.” When we replied that we would fix his seat that does not mean we would not replace it That means replace the seat if available from the manufacturer, recover it if the seat is not available etc We are taking care of his issue I confirmed today, May 15, 2018, that a new seat was ordered from Yamaha and at our expense I myself looked in all places of our system to find communications with MrRush and could not find any notes I am sorry for whoever he was texting or emailing was not responding or for the miscommunications [redacted] has called and communicating with MrRush that a seat will be replaced when our service technicians goes to his dock for other repairsI hope this satisfies [redacted] *** and he will be a happy customer [redacted]

I received your letter regarding the case ID above for *** ***. We have zero record of him contacting us. However, today I am having someone contact him regarding his seat issue.I am not sure what number or dealership he is calling. But he is a past customer of ours and we will
get his seat fixed. *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:The person from Surdyke Yamaha who contacted me made referance to replacing the seat. Surdyke Yamaha in there written response stated they will fix the seat. Which is it? I requested a new seat. I have been made promises in the past with this issue and there has never ever been any follow through.Surdyke Yamaha response to not having a record of me registering a complaint with them or possibly calling the wrong dealer I find interesting. This sounds like an internal lack of a policy follow through in their business. I have had multiple contacts with them face to face, on the phone, by e-mail and texts!
