Review: I did not receive all the items I purchased with Sure Designs. They still owe me nine items. I have initiated communication with them numerous times via email, phone, and text message, and the print manager has been unresponsive. Furthermore, throughout our entire business transaction, the print manager's communication and timeliness was very poor.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is for a manager of the business contact me to:

1) exhibit empathy and accountability, and explain reasoning for zero communication

2) either a) ship the remaining items, and/or b) process a refund for those items plus other damages.

I am rejecting this response because:

The refund amount is incorrect. I was refunded $100. However, I paid $12.31 per garment, and I did not receive nine total garments. This means I should receive a refund amount of at least $110.79, plus any extra for repercussions of such a major error on the part of Sure Design.

Review: I ordered 60 scarves from Mystery Buddha with specific colour requirements. They sent me 20 that were the wrong colour. When I contacted them, I was told to send them back to an address in New Jersey and that they would send me the correct scarves right away. I did that (and paid for the return myself) and I have never received any scarves. I have contacted them many times - over email and phone messages- but have heard nothing back from them ever. I am now out $177 PLUS it cost me $200 to get the scarves shipped in the first place. Ideally, I would like the scarves that I actually ordered and that were promised to me. If that is impossible, I need a refund. Review: On 3/12/15 I ordered 120 custom shirts. On delivery 55 shirts came flawed, stained, or misprinted. On 5/22/15 I send an email explaining the issues with the order. 16+ shirts had stains, ink spills, or holes. Almost half one design shirts had wet ink all over the neck of them. A few more had factory sewing flaws. All of another designs had a large ink blob on it. One other design was printed too light on the 9 black shirts. I attached photos to the email I sent them so they could see the issues. I was called and asked how we could resolve the issue, he offered a refund or he could send more shirts. I asked for more shirts, but asked if he could send them blank and I would have them screen printed (saving him time and money). He agreed to ship them the next week. After over a month with no package I decided to call and email again. On 7/21/15 he said (via email) he was going to ship the shirts, but would no longer agree to the partial refund he offered before. On 9/27/15 I emailed and left phone messages asking about the package, no response. Its now been over 10 months and I still dont have the money or the shirts I was promised. I had plans to put these shirts on my web page for sale, but can not due to the fact I only have random colors, designs, and sizes. I needed a whole line to online, not just random items.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the shirts that are not quality. (55 shirts)
