At this time, I have been contacted by Sure Comfort Heating & Cooling Inc regarding complaint ID...

12636994.  [redacted] called me and said that they had not received any calls from me.  [redacted]e wanted to know why I had contacted Revdex.com.  I told her I had called numerous times with no return calls.  She just kept making excuses.  She said she did check and the part had shipped.  She did not call me back to see if we had received it , which we hadn’t.  She told me it wasn’t her job to call me every day to make sure the furnace was working.  I told her we had just gotten it fixed again that day.   She said she would call me in a week to check to see if we were having any other issues.  I have never heard from her since.
