During the week of May 9, 2016, Sure-Dri, Inc., installed an Interior Pressure Relief System with a new sump pump in our home and an exterior drainage system behind our house with rear roof drains connected to the system. The work requirements were clearly defined, the work was professionally done on schedule, and the work was completed pursuant to contract terms.

Also, in December 2015, Sure-Dri, Inc., installed both an internal and external french drainage system in our residential rental property following water in the basement and damage to the property. The work was professionally done and on schedule at a reasonable cost.

Additionally, it should be noted Keith Martin is an Outstanding Technician, who personally reviews the property and makes specific recommendations to help mitigate potential future water issues. My wife and I highly recommend Sure-Dri, Inc. because of their demonstrated expertise and clearly defined work requirements and reasonable costs. I had a very unique water intrusion problem with my chimney which most likely resulted from the 2012 or 2013 derecho. I had several contractors out to figure out the cause and appropriate repair, and help me with the insurance claim. [redacted] was the only one to see and understand what was going on. The rest of them had no clue, so [redacted] got the job. He and his crew came in and executed the repair very professionally, on time and at the agreed upon price. He also helped me numerous times with filing an insurance claim for this very unusual circumstance. I had never met [redacted] before this, so this review is 100% honest - not a brother-in-law review at all. I'd highly recommend Sure-Dri for any type of foundation repair. Great guys to work with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with [redacted] & his crew at Sure-Dri on a renovation project in the basement of my 1893 Victorian home in Salem. You might expect - with a house this age - we've had a lot of experience with contractors over the years. The folks at Sure-Dri were - without question - the right choice for the job. They transformed an ugly, water-laden, disfunctional dirt-cellar into a dry, concrete-walled basement that now provides a laundry area, a work-bench area, and storage for various canned and fresh (potatoes, apples, etc.) food items. Keith had the imagination and knowledge crucial to approach our project with innovative solutions. I couldn't be happier - and highly recommend his company to others.

I recently had Keith at my home to check out a structural problem with a failing block wall in my basement. He inspected the wall and recommended a structural engineer to look at the problem area and give us his opinion. Shortly after that, I met with the engineer who then prescribed a course of action. Sure-Dri completed the work quickly and then had the engineer return to observe the wall and certify that the work had been done correctly. He then wrote a letter stating that the work had been completed per his instructions. I can't thank Sure-Dri enough for jumping on this problem quickly.

Recently had basement water problem, finally contacted sure-Dri. Their representative, Keith showed up for the appointment on time and went through the repair process and even came back a second time we contracted to have sure-Dri do the job. They were on site on scheduled time and the job was completed ahead of schedule. The 4 man team were very courteous and willing to answer all question true professional at all times. When they were finished there was no mess to clean up. I highly recommend Sure-Dri to anyone in need of their services,
