I am pleased with [redacted] preventative service. It was quick and efficient. He was friendly and professional and made some good recommendations.

I just want to make the highest recommendation to anyone who requires this type of service. [redacted] just completed our yearly service and was more then awesome with his skills, attitude and professionalism. My appointment was scheduled by a wonderful person who was [redacted]. She was very informative, and explained each and every one of my options. I would highly recommend this company as my parents have also had a system installed by Sure-Dry and had the same experience as I have.had. (I recommended them to my parents) You can be assured that your needs and expectations will be met or exceeded with this company. Keep up the GREAT work [redacted]

3 years ago I had sure-dry repair a basement wall to get it back to normal. They installed anchors to take care of this. Last week [redacted] came to our home to check and do the things that should done. We were very pleased with [redacted] he was very friendly and knowledgeable and did all the things we were told he would do. Thank You,job well done

Review: I had an egress window placed in May 2015. A tree was broken off, our yard was left with deep ruts when the crew got their truck and trailer stuck, the window was placed in the wrong position from which was agreed upon with the designer, caulk was smeared all over our couch, and worst of all, the window leaked. I had the Production Supervisor come out to the house and discussed the problems, and scheduled a time to rectify the situation. he asked me to find a local mason to replace the foundation blocks. The mason stopped by my house to review the job and couldn't believe how poorly the window was installed. He offered to correct the situation, and as he removed the work done by Sure Dry Basements, he discovered more errors such as the bottom board supporting the window was not caulked to the concrete block! This was why the window leaked. I have asked Sure Dry Basements for a refund on my deposit to pay for the damages they caused, to no avail at this point. I have not asked for any money beyond the deposit, although the damages caused were much more than that, especially the new couch. I understand the window, well, and cover cost them money, but I think the damages caused more than outweigh those costs, plus I then had to pay the mason to repair our foundation where the window was incorrectly placed, and then do the job correctly. I have pictures of all of the above.Desired Settlement: $1500 refunded.

Response:

On June 11th, 2015 Sure-Dry had

meeting with client onsite to review all claims, at that time offer to rectify

all claims at Sure-Dry’s expense was discussed and agreed upon by both parties. On June 15th, 2015 a time was

schedule to rectify all at Sure-Dry’s expense, along with requesting any local recommended

mason contractor information. On June 29th

client provided masonry contractor information to Sure-Dry. On

July 7th, 2015 client informed Sure-Dry that they would have mason

rectify, at that time Sure-Dry let client know that we would not refund

requested deposit because of agreed resolution and corrections in place. On

July 13th, 2015 client informed Sure-Dry that work had been

completed by client hired mason and they were requesting refund of deposit

along with an additional $1000.00. Sure-Dry

would like to rectify or at least have the opportunity to rectify this

situation.

Sure-Dry Basement Systems has solved a huge problem for us. We've had their solution to a leaky basement in for a year now without a drop of water getting into our basement. We've had the pleasure of working with service technician, [redacted]. He is very thorough and treats your situation as if it were his own.

Review: im a renter of the owner of property [redacted] and property [redacted] hired sure-dry to fix the basements on both properties when they were finished with both places both still had a lot of problems with them leaking after several phone calls they said they would come fix the problem , two guys came to fix [redacted] but stated they did not know anything about 1307 w bent when we spoke with the manager he stated both properties would be done after more attempts by [redacted] , POA [redacted] they never called back or arranged to come fix the problem at [redacted]. also when they first came to [redacted] . they damaged a washer and other things they were made aware of it and did nothing not even offer to replace or have it fix , to this day the basement has water coming up from the cement in a number of spots the concrete is cracking .Desired Settlement: to fix the problem right and to fix and or replace the thing they have destroyed [redacted] should also get a least some refund for this , this is a rental property and her renter can not store or use the basement as they are paying for.

To whom it may concern:

As a contractor we work directly with

owners of the property, not with renters. The renter in this situation is not a

customer. Sure-Dry Basement Systems is asking that this complaint is removed

from the Revdex.com website.

Sure-Dry Basement Systems has made

numerous attempts to communicate with the owner of the two houses indicated in

the complaint.

[redacted]: The customer at this

address purchased a water control system around the perimeter of the property.

The water control system was designed to take any water that was at the cold

joint (where the wall meets the floor) and direct it to the sump pit. The water

control system is working as designed. The water the customer was concerned

about was coming from higher up on the wall, hitting a shelving unit and

passing the water control system below and ending up on the floor. A wall

system was necessary to correct this problem. April 22nd, 2014 Sure-Dry

recommended additional services (6’ of CleanSpace), the homeowner at the time

declined the proposal. June 18th, after tenant complaints Sure-Dry

ended up installing 15 linear feet of CleanSpace free of charge. The CleanSpace

on the wall was above and beyond what was originally sold to the customer.

[redacted]: All the complaints at this

address originate from the tenant. Sure-Dry has offered to send a manager to this

property, but due to the tenants schedule they could not open the house prior

to 6pm or 7pm any day of the week. Due to not being able to view this property

during normal business hours, Sure-Dry Basement Systems has been unable to

determine if the water control system or wall stabilization system needs any

service or repair. It is recommended

that the owner of the property allow Sure-Dry to visit said property and review

what is installed. Sure-Dry will offer one free service to come and view the

property during business hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

[redacted] was the service technician that repaired a crack in my basement wall. A very pleasant and professional individual who was here on time, and reviewed the entire wall repair process before he began his work. I asked questions throughout his work which he gladly answered. ** absolutely believes in his company and their repair techniques. I would recommend [redacted] and the Sure-Dry company to anyone who had basement water issues. I give the sales rep, [redacted], the same "thumbs up". Great people like this make for a great company.

Review: On April 14, 2015, I contracted with Sure-Dry Basement Systems Inc. (Project #[redacted]) to PolyLEVEL six concrete slabs to be flush with the garage slab on May 6, 2015, paying them a deposit of $364.44 by Portage County Bank Check No. 1036 that day and the balance of $850.36 by Portage County Bank Check No. [redacted] on May 6, 2015 after Sure-Dry Basement Systems Inc. had raised the concrete slabs as much as they claimed they were able. One slab was still 3/8" lower than the garage slab on one edge and 7/8" lower than the garage slab on the other edge, one slab was 1/4" lower than the garage slab on one edge and 3/4" lower than the garage slab on the other edge, one slab was 3/4" lower than the garage slab on one edge and 1-1/4" lower than the garage slab on the other edge, two slabs were 3/4" lower than the garage slab on both edges and one slab was 1-3/8" lower than the garage slab on both edges. By letter dated June 5, 2015, I notified Sure-Dry Basement Systems Inc. that Project #[redacted] had not been completed to the specifications of the job details and that I expected the contract price to be adjusted if the job could not be completed to the job details specifications. On June 30, 2015 and July 9, 2015, I had masons estimate what needed to be done to level the six concrete slabs with the garage slab. By letter dated July 11, 2015, I informed Sure-Dry Basement Systems Inc. of the extent to which Project #[redacted] was not completed to the job details specifications and requested a complete refund because the mason contractors had informed me that all six slabs would have to be removed and the areas underneath would have to be re-graded. So, none of the PolyLEVEL could be salvaged. By letter dated July 13, 2015 from Sure-Dry Basement Systems Inc. [redacted] my request for reimbursement was declined. On August 24, 2015 and August 30, 2015, I had two other mason contractors estimate what needed to be done to make the six slabs flush with the garage slab and they concurred with the first two masons that the slabs would have to be removed and new concrete poured.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $1,214.80 paid to have the six slabs leveled.

Business

Response:

The request for $1,214.80 reimbursement has been declined. However, I do believe that the benefits of the PolyLEVELconcrete leveling that took place at your property is being overlooked whenspoken about in the letter dated July 11th, 2015. The before andafter pictures show great improvements in all the slabs mentioned andaddressed. The foam used will help prevent future settlement in the areasaddressed, and the warranty that was provided states if the slab settles overthe next five years we will come out and make the necessary corrections. The main reason the driveway apron going into the garage wasnot lifted any further is due to the garage door frame. We cut away at least ahalf inch of the framing in order to perform the lift you see today, it wasdiscussed at the time of service and agreed upon not to continue with furtherlifting. The concrete section next to the service door that enters thegarage also had a restriction to how high it could be lifted, the steel doorframe is in the way to lift the slab any higher. It should also be noted the quote included 96 lbs. of foamat the price of $1,214.80; the price would increase if the amount of foampassed 96lbs at a rate of $12.60 per pound. This too was discussed and you didnot want to spend any more money. While I can certainly understand your concerns the drivewayand sidewalk sections were lifted as quoted, any further service would requirethe removal of the service door and frame, and further adjustments to the frameof the garage door.

Business

Response:

The concrete was raised to maximum practical recovery. Inorder for the concrete to be raised any higher the garage door frame andservice door going into the garage would need to be removed. This was discussedin great detail at the time of the install. The homeowner did not want toremove the service door, and Sure-Dry removed about a half inch of the framearound the garage door. The concrete was lifted, the voids under the slabs werefilled in.Sure-Dry is offering to return to the property and lift theslabs higher if the homeowner removes the service door and allows furtheradjustments to be made on the frame of the garage door. This is the only waythe slabs can be lifted any higher. Doing this would result in the slabs to belifted higher than what they were when they were originally poured.

[redacted] was briskly efficient in restoring the primary pump to service and explaining what had caused it to quit functioning. During the check-up afterward he gave me a nice tutorial in the workings of the whole suredry system and the reason for each part of the check-up process. In all that he did he gave me the gratifying sense that this is a company that genuinely values my business.

We have been very pleased with Sure-Dry Basement, both the system itself and the follow-up annual maintenance inspections. Have had several flooded basements in years prior to installing the system and having had none since, I have to conclude that the system is the difference and I'm glad we have it. The individual service technicians, the most recent of whom having been [redacted], have been informative, prompt and unfailingly courteous.

** did my annual checkup of my sump pumps in early spring. He did an excellent job and is very informative.

We had [redacted] do our yearly maintenance and he
did a good and through job.
When he was done he explained everything he did.
We are well pleased with Sure-Dry and their crew.

Recently we had a cleaning by[redacted] and it was handled very efficiently and professionally. We thank [redacted] for his thoroughness and his attitude. Nice work [redacted].

the crew of [redacted] came and did a good job. They did what I asked for quickly and with minimun disturbance and left the job clean with nothing for me to clean up.

I would just like to say that Sure-Dry Basements is by far one of the best companies I've ever done business with! [redacted] came out and did an AMAZING job listening to what I wanted, then explained in detail the systems that he recommended! I couldn't believe how much time he spent with me, then when my wife came home, he explained everything to her and answered her questions! All in all, he spent around 3+ hours with us! Thanks [redacted]!

Now to the installation crew! If anyone was gonna top [redacted] time and energy, [redacted] and his brother at the very least matched [redacted]!! These guys were AWESOME!! Great experience meeting these guys! They made the install fun and quite professional! They did a GREAT job at the install, explaining everything, and I didn't expect them to do that much clean up, but they did! Thanks SureDry and the people that work there! All of you were Great to work with! Looking forward to working with you all again!! I plan on having window wells installed hopefully in the near future. AND I KNOW WHO I'M CALLING!!! Thanks Again!!

Our Sure-Dry Basement System has given us a dry basement we can depend on now for almost ten years. [redacted] is the service person who returns to our home each early spring to check the components of our system and to reassure us that Sure-Dry is always looking out for us and our home. He never tries to over-sell the company's products -- and we appreciate that. [redacted] recommends specifically WHAT we need and we rely on him and Sure-Dry to know best. Our basement system is one of the best things we've ever done for our home in our close-to-the-lake, high-water area. Thanks to [redacted] and Sure-Dry.

On January 27, 2014 we had an annual service done. The tech was on time and did a very thorough job. Answered questions we may of had or gave us ideas for existing questions we may need for future services.

Good Work and Good Service is hard to find, so we definitely appreciated Sure Dry Basement and would recommend to someone else.
