Mr*** *** came in our office on 07-25-to have an upper metal based partial made at the cost of $He stated he had two flexible base partials before but the teeth popped off, and was wearing a metal partial made years agoHe was given our patient information sheet to read
and sign according to our office policyHe signed the agreement which clearly states our NO REFUND policyImpressions of his mouth were taken and teeth chosen
Mr*** came back on 08-15-to pick up his partialHe returned three times to have his bite adjustedMr*** came in 08-21-stating he was unhappy with his partialImpressions of his mouth were taken for a new upper metal base partialHe returned 09-11-to pick up the 2nd partial at no chargeWe adjusted the partial on 09-15-Mr*** came back 09-17-still unhappy with the bite and fitImpressions were taken againMr*** picked up the 3rd partial on 10-08-with no chargeThe partial fit the model of his mouth well and snapped into place nicely around his natural teeth, as did the previous partialsHe returned the next day for an adjustment
Mr*** came in 10-15-still complaining about the bite and fitWe offered to make him a new partial with flexible base which may allow more room for teeth and claspsHe said he would let us know what he decided
Mr*** came back on 07-08-2015, months later, saying the clasps had broken off his upper partialWe advised him that due to his close bite he may need to have a fixed bridge placedHe left unhappyWe made Mr*** partialsWe offered to make him a flexible base partial for half price nine months agoWe feel we have done everything possible to make him a removable partial

*** *** came into our office 10/01/to have an immediate upper denture madeShe was given an information sheet explaining the process, common problems associated with immediate denturesShe read and signed the agreement to have us make her
teeth which clearly states“If you are not satisfied with the look or the fit of your immediate denture you must pay for a new denture at full cost.” (see enclosed copy) Impressions of her mouth were taken and she chose the teeth she wantedMs*** returned 10/23/to piher immediate upper dentureShe returned times to have it adjusted
Ms*** came in on 11/29/stating she had her upper denture relined elsewhere, but they weren't any betterShe asked us to adjust themWe advised her to return to where she had it relined for adjustments on what they did for herShe said she didn't want to go back thereWe said we could make her a new upper denture, but she should wait months to a year to allow her gums to fully heal
Ms*** returned 02/03/saying she wanted to get a new upper denture made without waiting any longerWe advised her that she needed partial made at the same time as the new upper to get the best resultsShe said she only wanted an upper denture madeShe signed an agreement that we could not guarantee the fit or functionShe was given a patient information sheet, which she read and signed, agreeing for us to make her teethIt clearly states our NO REFUND policy (see enclosed copy)Impressions of her mouth were takenShe came in 02/05/to try in her teethShe wanted some changes madeShe returned to re-try her teeth 02/09/She signed her approval for us to finish processing themMs*** picked up her 2nd upper denture 02/11/

Ms*** picked up her new lower flexible partial 04/23/She insisted we reline her upper denture, even though we advised her to wait and see how it does with the new lower flexible partialA reline impression was taken in her upper dentureShe returned later that day to pick up her relined upper denture and new lower flexible partialShe returned twice for adjustments
Ms*** came in 05/28/saying her upper was still not workingShe insisted on another relineWe told her she would have to pay for itA reline impression was taken in her upper denture, which she picked up later that day

 Dear Revdex.com the response from surefit was totally out of order and many untrue statements,to be exact when I first contacted surefit they told me on the phone that immediate dentures "only" were non refundable, and ask me if I wasn't sure if I wanted the permanet denture,this is the only time they ever mentioned A no refund policy only on the immediate.it was not,until later, way later after my immediate went sour,it didn't fit and I was told you can't reline it a second time yet another untruth by them,so this is where the sales pitch tricked me,I trusted them,the no refund policy it is not on their website, not on their walls no where,I feel and know this is a direct  sales trick and try to pull the no refund in the end.,they sale dentures in mass productions,they lie and miss lead you to get you in there, to you in there,and are rude,only after you have to come back for adjustments,nice when they sale them to you. Surefit even recommended the oral surgeon that pulled my teeth, thank god he did good. At no time when I came back for permants did they say no refunds I made the appointment they got me in the chair did the mold then handed me the something to sign which was not as big and long as the paper they scanned on here,this is when they spring it on you when you are in very much need and have your teeth already pulled, and  you have trusted them because she the [redacted] lady said oh they will fit much better than the immediate,I would have never came back if I were told in the first place that the permanant and partials were no refundable, my valid point is they wine you with words and a sales pitch with no mention of no refunds on the permanet denture or the bottom partial, they get you after the appointment is set your in the chair and the work is in process. Very bad  tricky underhanded business practice and very unfair,also the part they mentioned about [redacted] dental school, is totally not true, I mentioned I get my bottom teeth filled there the ones I have left and that was that,her memory is bad or just throwing that untrue statement in to try and blame someone else,I can get [redacted] to write me a statement if need be, my dentist there was so upset with surefit he offe[redacted] to call them and tell them to refund my money that my dentures in clear site didn't fit properly he even told me they were by law and could not touch them and they did not,now I have to get them all remade. What are the odds all this going wrong, no way, maybe the immediate,that's what they lead me to believe in the first place was the only non refundable,but I am so so disappointed in them they really got my money and I got nothing but misery,and sickness in return, because I did end up in the hospital over this I couldn't eat,right now I have to take my uppers out can't wear the partials they don't fit, the black [redacted] lady ruined them on adjustment by cutting away to much. they don't fit at all now,so nearly 10 months later and this is still not resolved., I need my money back, they moneyed me to death,any one that thinks of going there I strongly suggest not to,they may make some ok maybe just maby a few,,because from the looks of all the people coming in the afternoons getting adjustments and dentures repai[redacted] something is wrong,they are to fast and take no time with you. I strongly want a full refund, of $2050.00, I could have went to a fine dentist and got nice teeth made for that and it all started out with spending just $650.00  and that was suppose to be it ,and they really got me for more $$$$,. Even at one point the [redacted] lady looked at me and said maybe there is something wrong with you, tried to blame me,so sad. There has got to be a better way to run a business they need a dentist in there clearly.  I''m SO SO DISAPPOINTED IN LOUISVILLE KY with surefit dentures,I was mislead from the get go!
