My apologies for the incomplete explanation. Your order has been shipped complete. When I stated that we normally do not ship incomplete, I was referring to why we were holding on to your orderto begin with.  We only had two of the items that you had ordered in stock and you had ordered three. I checked the UPS website and it looks that your package should be in LA by Monday. After you receive the items if you have any further issues please contact me. My direct line is ###-###-####. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I confirm that a full refund was credited back to my account. Thank you for your assistance. I will note that until they learned of my complaint through the Revdex.com, they were not going to issue me a refund in a timely manner. This is obvious from the response they wrote to my personal email, before they received my complaint through the Revdex.com.

Review: I bought slipcovers online from surfeit. Within 2 months of having them, they were already ripping. They were used for decorative purposes only, so they should not have ripped at all. I requested a return and refund. I was sent a shipping label for the return. I sent them back and received confirmation from ups that they had been delivered back to the company. Surefit never refunded my money. I have contacted them twice now and they do not answer any emails at all.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded.

Review: I purchased a loveseat cover and tuck once grips in the amount of $141.93 from Sure Fit however, I returned it because it's poor quality. The cover is not as described on Sure Fits website. I received a refund minus the shipping cost and a processing fee which is what I am disputing. Had the cover been as described I would not have returned it. Sure Fits item description: "Have it all—the luxury and look of leather in an affordable, washable slipcover. Our full grain pattern will impress even the most discriminating eye.Imported. 87% polyester / 13% Spandex. Machine wash separately in cold water, gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry low, do not iron. " There is nothing luxurious about this cover. It in no way resembles leather in look, color, texture, or density. The material is flimsy, extremely thin, and there's is no way for me to accurately describe the color other than to say it looks nothing like leather. I understand this a faux fabric but when the words luxury, impress, full grain pattern, and look of leather re used I keep a high quality product. The product I received is so far from what is described on Sure Fits sites.Desired Settlement: I have received a partial refund in the amount of $106.03 and would like the remaining $37.90 refunded for the reasons stated above. I contacted the merchant directly twice with no resolution.
