STEAR CLEAR! I wish I could give negative starsI was referred to this companyThey were quick to come out and quoted us lowHowever, once [redacted] arrived, costs quickly mountedHe had to go into our basement to reach the plumbingHe asked if he could use one of our buckets and a pair of my husband's pliersThat was all fineI had to leave for work and my mother stayed and paid himWhen my husband got home, all of our basement lights were left on, our bucket was full of dirty water, my husband's tools were left out, and the pliers were damagedWhen he called the owner of the company did not so much as apologizeHe simply called [redacted] , and [redacted] replaced the pliersBut we still paid this bill for a professional service and were given terrible serviceWhen [redacted] came to replace the pliers he complained about paying to replace them and complained that he had been laid off for two daysThey also told us that this may only temporarily fix the problem and recommended a $serviceSo time, money, and frustration may be for naught

I am sending pictures of the undone work of the plumbing company [redacted] who suppose to be at our home at 1pm, which they are not here yetThis is the 4th day they suppose to appear to fix the leak behind the tub, to prevent the water from leak down into the kitchen over the cabinet and sink areaMy name is [redacted] ***, I am *** ***'s sonMy mother requested that I send these pictures to you, They are attached aboveI also attached a copy of the receipt, we have a day warrantyMy worry Mr [redacted] is, I feel this company stole my brother's moneyIt does not take day four to fix a leak behind our tubThe big towel wrapped on the pipes is slowing the leak down, stopping the water from leaking into the kitchenBut every to hours I have to squeeze the towel out so the towel want be too drenched

Is it not great when you refuse to pay your bill and then write to the Revdex.com and complain? [redacted] call the office and ask the cost of installing an ice maker? I give him a ballpark figure of $but state it will be better if we see the unitHe orders service We went to the service call at **'s place of business, where we informed him that this will be more due to being more workwe give him the price to do the job.$He states he has the drain hoses therefore the price needs to be lowerWe reduce the cost to $when we get to the point of installing the hoses they do not fit? [redacted] states to our service technician he will take care of the hosesThen he calls us right back stating that the ice maker is leaking, we return promptly noting that the drains are not hooked upWe call an ice maker service company in Valley Park MOand discuss the operations of the unit with a service tech there and confirm our diagnosis of the leak as the drain hosesOur technician even drove to Valley park to go over the specifics of the model we were working on and again confirmed our findingsTo which our service technician went back to the store and informed **This is where [redacted] states we did not do our job (the hoses are not connected) those same hoses he was to provide and gained a reduced cost forThe same hoses he now wanted us to pay for and install at the reduced cost? We inform him of this, he states he will pay the extra costOur technician goes to three places and cannot find the proper size hoses and locates them in Mapelwood Mohe calls to inform [redacted] of this at this point [redacted] tells our technician he no longer wants us to get the hoses he has another company on the wayWe have not been paid and now ran through the Revdex.com as a complaint? You have to love this system

I had a leak on the hot water line in the bathtub and I contacted you for a free estimate and hired you November 21, You cut a copper pipe and went to the hardware store and returned with copper and plastic pipesYour work leaked to the kitchen below and damaged the ceilingWhile repairing the ceiling you damaged my kitchen sink and counter and left debris while you were gone for the Thanksgiving weekendThe work behind the tub looks bad and after calling you promised to return and finish the work

The reason *** *** was called to the home was a leak from the second floor to the first floorWe replaced a water line with Approved PEX plastic water lineWhen our technician left the ceiling was still dripping due to the saturation The leak did not stop we sent a man back outHe repaired the line againThe leak seemed to persistWe sent a supervisor out to see what the cause was? The supervisor noted that where we were tying to may have a crack and it may have been the cause of the original leak? He took things apart and replaces them again and the leak would stop for a bit and resurfaceThis lead to his assumption that the Tub Elbow we made a connection to must be cracked? This was a Saturday and being a specialty part we were unable to retrieve said part, Therefore we would be out Monday and repair it at no chargeAs for anything else we did not do any repairs to a ceiling.? We are plumbers not carpentersAs for any damage to the property we protected the area with plastic, this is the first we have heard of any damageThere was a leak to begin withThat is the reason *** *** was calledWe offered to cap of the line until we could procure the proper replacement partThe homeowner declined" they would not have hot water till Monday"We apologize the leak alluded usWe are doing everything we can to make it right

We were very pleased with the price and service by sure fix plumbing in st LouisUpfront, kept us informed with pictures and updates on an extensive repair

I had Sure Fix come on 7/25/to install a commercial ice makerI was told it was $for everything His father said it would only be $for the waterlineAll that they could do was install the water line I want to pay only for the work which they did for the waterline and not for the installation of the ice maker since they were not able to do thisI have someone else now who knows how to do it and I will have to pay them for the ice maker installation

4-months ago, I decided to get some leaking issues fixed in my master bathroomI was having issues with my bath and shower leaking through the floor above my office areaI called this company out to get a quote/estimateThey tell me they wouldn't really know the extent of my leak unless they tore around the tub or tore my office ceiling outI told them they could go through the office because there was already damage there that needed to be replaced from the leakWhen they looked, they claimed there was not only leaks coming from the master bathroom, but also a few leaks from another bathroom as wellI decided to go with this companyThey told me they would be out Friday and it would only take a few hours to fixWhen the plumber was hear working, he told me he needed to get some more supplies for the jobI told him before they completely finished and had the drywall guy fix my ceiling, I wanted to spray for mold in the leaking areaThe plumber offered to pick up mold spray

We reduce the cost to $280.00 when we get to the point of installing the hoses they do not fit? ** states to our service technician he will take care of the hoses. Then he calls us right back stating that the ice maker is leaking, we return promptly noting that the drains are not hooked up.
