I ordered a "free Sample to try a product. first of all .only pay shipping and handlimg.
cancell with in 17 days.
I cancelled after they added another product on which I did not order. And told them I wanted nothing elese to do with them. today I checked my bank account they took 89.84 out of my account.
I called them and told them I did not authorize this charge.
I had cancelled all things with them on 14 september.
they will not refund my money.of 89.84 they are only willing to give back 20. dollars.
they are staealingfrom me.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only. Before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions. Everything is stated on the terms and conditions.Your trial started on 09/13/18 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on 09/30/18 without any cancellation hence the regular charges.

To resolve this case we have issued a refund for the remainder amount $69.84 as of today 10/19/18. You should expect to see the refund in your account within 3-5 business days.

The amounts you will be billed are camouflaged in the product advertisement. You think you are getting a good deal, but are being billed $89.84 and $89.82 each month for shipments that you never receive. When you call the customer service desk, the representative screams at you and hangs up because you want a refund and cancellation.

Everything is stated on the terms and conditions.Your trial started on 07/18/18 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on 08/04/18 without any cancellation hence the regular charges. On 08/04/18, you were officially enrolled to our monthly subscription, hence a month after, on 09/04/18 you were charged for another shipment.

But to meet you half way in resolving this case, we can process a full refund for the charges on 09/04/18, all you need to do is to return the products unopened or sealed. To return unopened products for refund please reach out to our customer service at 1-(877) 353-1037 and request for an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from one of our representatives.
