I hold an estimate totaling 4,that includes roof repair & downstairs ceiling to be fix and as my hall floor has not been completed on this estimate and I already paid 3,and none of the work listed hasn't been touch called all summer as the total for the bill was 4,he didn't live up to his expectations he should of called and told me but never did just took my money Regards, ***

we have spoken to Mr***. this was a piece of siding channel that was broken at the time of window installation and although we did not break it we did agree when in the area to fixMr *** has agreed to supply the material needed to fix and we have agreed to come out to resolve this
issue for him

This lady has had her roof done by us 7 years ago and then as a happy customer re contacted us and requested additional work.  Since then She has contacted directly my installers without speaking to me and actually called my roofer to complain that her other contractor told her the flat...

roof area had the wrong underlayerment( it didn't) She has had never 1 problem with our work, but we did order a custom made storm door and she did pay $200 deposit, however when we contacted her to install she said to my Installer [redacted] the owner (me) promised to remove and re hang all the shutters on the house( 10 pair) and re install them for free. She demanded against our advice they be removed when we covered her window sills and now they are too brittle to re install  despite her claims they are fine. She withed $$ both separate occasions we worked from her in demand of extra work. I will issue her a refund and liquidate her door which I have and have paid for. We try very hard to accomodate customers and error on their side but we cannot do work for free and we provide a written order to prevent such misunderstandings but there is no way after several attempts to explain this that we can solve Miss [redacted] issues.

We are comitted to providing quality work at reasonable pricing. We did several project for this customer He was to provide the money on his own and we only asisted with financing at his request for help when had problems due to the lack of equity. We are not "shopping" his...

credit. The Garage siding is included and we are waiting addtional materials to do the work. He is aware of the fact that it is a custom color and on back order from Cananda. We plan to finish as soon at it arrives. There is also a $1000 balance due us according to our records so there is nothing paid in full before we finish that is in accurate.

We referred Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to [redacted] and company and they did the work they did the entire ceiling and the last time I spoke with Mr. [redacted] he told me he was happy there was additional work that was not included that he thought was included for the first floor that [redacted] and...

Company told him was going to be additional money we are not a painting company all I did was refer them to a painting company I will contact the painter and try and get him to satisfy their complaint but we are not responsible and I have explained this to them
