Sure Settlement

My Aunt’s estate sold the condo she owned in July, 2024 and used Shore Settlement in McMurray, PA. Here it is Jan, 2025 and no settlement statement sheet has been sent to the attorney handling the estate. The title company with which we worked has contacted them 3 times and the attorney has contacted them at least once this year. They do not answer their emails or phones. Do not use them!
