Our equipment wouldn't causes the scratches that I came out an seen If so I would have been scratching the window the times I was cleaning it front of them as we were talking about it We had no complaints from the house before or the house after of scratched windows so that would take the grit and/or dirt out of the equation from our tools or bucket We just didn't cause these scratches
We have personally talked to her, and the owner made a visit to her home himself to check out the scratches on her one bay window that she said we scratchedThe owner told her then that we only use rubber squeegees and therefore it could not have been us that scratched that windowWe literally do
not have any tools that could have scratched itAfter we made that trip to her, she has now added on more windows since then that she said we have scratchedWe hold our crews to a very high standard and they are highly qualified cleaners with years of experienceWe assured her then and now that we did not do thisThank you

I cant even believe there could be 1 complaint with this SURESHINE CLEANING company. They were so nice when I called to schedule an appointment. Very accommodating to my schedule with the date/time I needed.
Josh was the young man that cleaned them and he was absolutely GREAT~ not to mention the price-... Unbelievable!!! He was on time, neat, clean, took his shoes off, and quietly went thru the entire house (2500 sq. feet) to get a quick view of all the windows he'd be working with, before starting.
I had my 25 windows cleaned inside and out and they are nothing less than CRYSTAL CLEAR BEAUTIFUL! He was so patient, professional and a very hard worker, yet very easy going. It was hot out today and he still kept his sweet demeanor. I know I would have been cranky working in that heat, especially washing windows! There's NO DOUBT I will be using them every year. OUTSTANDING in every way! Thank you so much for everything!
