complainant did exceed the 14-day trial period without notifying us regarding the products. As agreed to by the terms and conditions, if we do not hear from the complainant within the trial period, we would assume that the products were being enjoyed and the full price of those products would be billed. As a courtesy the subscription has been confirmed cancelled, however, because we do have confirmation and proof of delivery we are unable to issue any refunds at this time. We have not received those two products as a valid return for a refund.

Per USPS tracking number the two products were delivered to the address that is on this complaint. The tracking number for that shipment is [redacted] and the two products were delivered on August 10, 2016. As a courtesy, we will issue two full refunds on the charges of $98.41 and $97.41 in good faith that those two products will be confirmed returned back to us. I have no email, no invoice because I do NOT know what this company is nor anything about their product.  I did not order nor did I receive anything from them. If they have confirmation they need to provide my signature because I do not have product from this company.I believe my MC was scammed by a group of companies from an online offer of Free samples.  This company is not one that I chose. My belief is that when I gave a credit card to pay Postage , my number was either shared or scammed by others.  I have filed a scam alert with Revdex.com on four company involved in this.I did NOT order from this company; I did NOT receive anything from this company; I did NOT make any agreement with them because I do not know what this company is.
