Dr.shelia thomas and her staff seem very disorganised and very rude.
Holding test results hostage until a fee is paid and pushing you to buy the most expensive program available.
Her staff does not ask probing questions and when a patient does ask a question they are reluctant to answer.
It almost has the feel of a prision camp and the main objective is to get the people in and out in as short amount of time as possible while taking large amounts of money.
