Dear Ms***,I am responding to Ms***'s concernsI have spoken with our office staff and reviewed the original phone call to our office.When Ms*** called she was told the bees she saw were probably swarming in the area and probably a nest did not existShe insisted she had a
nestShe was quoted a price of $125,to come out and perform a serviceWe responded to perform the serviceWhen we arrived, we inspected her home for possible infestationsNone was foundNo treatment was performedWhen no infestation was found she was charged an inspection fee versus the entire service feeOur technician did spend some time there performing a service doing an inspection of her homeShe may not have been informed of an inspection fee, but the technician was trying to save her $50.00.I don't quite understand why she is upsetWhen she originally called she was told chances are she did not have a nestShe still wanted us come out anyway and was quoted a priceWhen she spoke with our second customer service representative, our representative did not know the entire conversation between our first representative and Ms***Our first representative followed our protocol under the circumstances Ms*** described and wanted.I'm sorry, Ms*** feels she was scammedIf scamming customers was our procedure we would not have won the *** *** Super Service Award years in a row; the Consumer Choice Award and earned an A+ rating with the Revdex.com.I feel our charge was justifiedAs a goodwill gesture we would be willing to split the inspection fee in half crediting her $37.50.If you have any further questions concerning the above please contact me at your earliest Convenience.Sincerely, SureThing Pest ControlGlenn ** S*** Managing Partner
