I contacted Sure Fit again today and they said the paperwork that came with the slipcovers would suffice as a refund slipI mailed the box with the paperwork enclosed and will be awaiting a refundWho knows how long that will takeUntil I get the credit back on my credit card I consider this
case still openThank you for you response and concernI'll give them a few weeks as I wrote down the contact's nameI may be contacting you again but hopefully not.*** ***

Review: I have contacted the company several times for a return authorization #. For some reason the email never works when they try to send it although all other emails from them work fine. They have said for 2 weeks it's in the mail. Why does it take 2 weeks for mail to come from PA to CT? The refund runs out in 30 days and I fear I may not get a refund. If the return doesn't come tomorrow I will contact the Chamber of Commerce then the attorney general of PA. They have said several time the refund is in the mail when contacted by phone.Desired Settlement: I want them to find an employee who knows how to send an email with an attachment or express mail the return authorization asap. I'd also like the email of the CEO of the company.
