I am rejecting this response because:The silicon tire spray stains were on the driveway PRIOR to the company sealing the driveway
My nephew sprayed his tires in my driveway in August The driveway was seal coated in October of 2013.Also, I pointed out the stains to the workers when they arrived to perform their work in October

September 25, 2014To Whom it May Concern,We have received your notice about a complaint filed against us by [redacted]. The complaint was assigned ID [redacted].[redacted] has filed the same complaint on our business facebook page, as well as on PeopleClaim.com. We have...

responded to every complaint by him in exactly the same way:The first time [redacted] contacted us regarding the small depression in his driveway was August 12, 2014 (NOT 4 months ago as he claims in his complaint). On August 14, 2014, we visited [redacted]'s property and agreed to perform an infrared repair at no charge to eliminate the depression under our warranty. At that point we informed [redacted] that the infrared repair involved specialized equipment that was currently being used on other jobs scheduled prior to his call, and that we will get to his repair once we have completed the other work previously scheduled.
This repair has already been agreed to by us and is currently scheduled for completion by October 31, 2014, so the constant calls and complaints by [redacted] are unnecessary. His concern over the winter approaching is unfounded for several reasons: the repair will be completed before the arrival of winter weather, and a depression does not cause damage to the surrounding area even if left unrepaired through the winter months.
We have worked very hard to build a solid reputation in the area over our 28 years in business, and we fully stand behind our work, just as we have already agreed to with [redacted]. We would ask for [redacted] to have a bit of patience and refrain from continuing to file unnecessary complaints which require significant amounts of our time to respond to rather than using that time to continue to satisfy our customers.

we have agreed once again to refill the opened cracks at no charge to the customer, and, in fact, made several attempts to schedule the crack filler at no charge as indicated in the complaint. as you can imagine. For 28 years we have strived to build a reputation of outstanding customer service and superior results. As part of this effort, we offer and stand behind our work with a 1-year warranty against any cracks reopening once we have filled them, and against any flaking, peeling, or pre-mature wear of our seal coating. As **. [redacted] stated, we seal coated this driveway on October 18, 2013 (we also did a hot crack repair on October 1, 2013). On November 7, 2013, **. [redacted] called the office to say that there was some sort of stain "bleeding through" his seal coating. On November 14, 2013, after examining the driveway, I informed **. [redacted] that we believed the stains to be cause by a tire shine product (which he acknowledged) and appeared to be on top of the seal rather than "bleeding through" the seal. I also informed him that it is quite common that these silicone-based tire products cause staining on sealed asphalt surfaces, but that these stains typically dissipate over time. This conversation was clearly documented in our computer.Sometime in March, **. [redacted] again contacted our office and stated that I had told him that if the stains did not dissipate that we would re-seal the driveway at no charge in Spring. While we disagree that we ever offered to re-seal the driveway, we did return to **. [redacted]'s home on March 27, 2014 to inspect the driveway. Due to rainfall that day, we could not see any staining of the driveway, but we did notice that the hot crack repair we had completed was open. We informed **. [redacted] that we would gladly redo the hot crack repair at no charge under our warranty. That work was completed on April 9, 2014 as promised. On April 14, 2014, **. [redacted] again called the office and stated again that I had told him we would re-seal the driveway at no charge due to the staining. Once again I explained that our warranty does not cover staining from silicone-based products. I further informed **. [redacted] that we run into tire shine stains probably 100 times a year, and our answer is always exactly the same—that it is a temporary stain that will dissipate with time and is not a warranty issue. I asked **. [redacted] why he thought I would tell him we would re-seal the driveway at no charge for the same issue that we have told hundreds of other customers was not a warranty issue. At that point **. [redacted] became upset and stated that if we would not seal coat his driveway at no charge that he would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and that it wasn't" a threat but a promise".Since the seal coating on October 18, 2013 for $295.00, we have visited **. [redacted]'s property at no charge 3 times, re-filled the hot crack repair at no charge under our warranty, and have promptly returned all of **. [redacted]'s phone calls to the office. We have made every effort to satisfy **. [redacted] and honor our warranty, but we refuse to be held hostage to **. [redacted]'s unrealistic expectations. The fact remains that to this day his driveway is fully sealed and protected from damage, which is what we were hired to do. If we resealed a driveway at no charge every time a homeowner cleaned their tires with a silicone-based product, we would have been out of business a long time ago. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or concerns.Thank you.

Review: Spent $2500 on a driveway repaving that included a 2 year warranty. After 8 months, an indentation appeared which was covered by the warranty. I was told that repairmen would only come out when several similar repairs were needed in my immediate area. That was 4 months ago. whenever I call them, I am told that they're aware of the request and will be out as soon as they can. Again, that was 4 months ago. My concern is that with winter slowly approaching, the area will become worse and cause further damage to the surrounding areas.Desired Settlement: As soon as possible

Review: I contracted with the above company, SureSeal, to repair cracks and seal my driveway. On Oct 18, 2013, the workers came out. At that time I pointed out a few stains on the driveway so they could pre-treat if necessary. On Nov 14, 2013, I spoke with [redacted] at Sure Seal to inform him that the stains were still showing. He stated that it was now too cold to re-do the driveway, and also, the stains might disappear on their own, but the if they were not gone by April 2014, they< SureSeal, would take the necessary action to remediate the issue. When I spoke with [redacted] on April 14, 2014, he stated that the staining issue is not covered by the 1 year warranty, and that SureSeal would not be taking any action to resolve my complaint. I informed him that I would contact Revdex.com, and said I should do what's necessary.Desired Settlement: fix the problem
