Surestay by Best Western Lenoir City, Tn.

I have stayed numerous times at the Surestay in Lenoir City, Tn. This hotel is by Best Western. I can tell you that each time I stay I am well pleased with my experience! The rooms and grounds are always clean and neat with a nice view. The hotel Owner Ken, and staff have always treated me as if I'm the only one staying at the hotel. The rooms have always been clean and fully stocked with amenities. If you forgot something, or need anything they try hard to meet your needs. Inside the rooms are the most comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is served for anyone who may want to grab and go, this area has always been well stocked with plenty of breakfast foods. What impresses the most is how professional the staff is and the peaceful surroundings of this Hotel. I will continue my visits during business at this establishment in the future.
