I booked a stay with this hotel about two months agoIt was with an advanced purchaseI did call about switching hotels, but I was told that this was an advanced purchaseI could not switch hotels, and I would be charged regardlessI was also told that the hotel would hold my reservation all nightI live hours away from ChattanoogaI arrived to the hotel at 11:at night, and I was told by the hotel staff that my room was given awayI did call the Best Western help line, but there was not much they could doA major conference was in town and all the hotels were booked in the areaMy husband, year old daughter, and myself had to sleep in our cars in front of the armoryTo add further injury, I was charged $on my credit card
