I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[This consumer rebuttal was received by Revdex.com staff member AH via phone.]The consumer said Mike from the business was not truthful in his response.The consumer said the vehicle has the same issues as when she first took it to Mike.The consumer said Mike told her he did a diagnostics test on her vehicle but never shared a printout with her or her grandson.The consumer said Mike also told her that he did exhaust work but her car still runs loud.The consumer said neither she or her grandson told Mike they could not afford to have the coil work done; she said she and her grandson would have been able to pay for the needed repairs.The consumer also said Mike never told them upfront that he only installed 3 of 4 spark plugs; she said most of what Mike told us is not true.The consumer said she plans to have the work Mike did inspected by a certified repair shop because she doesn't believe he did the work properly.The consumer said she wants a full refund from the business.
