Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The issue is not whether we chose a product with gray in it (which, in fact, we diddoes have some gray in it), but rather that what ended up on our counters is primarily gray, and not the color represented by the samples This matter can be resolved by MrI [redacted] coming to the house with the color samples and comparing the sample to the countertop His refusal to make the time to do this during only two separate phone conversations (Augand Sept3) resulted in my asking for a refund Regards, [redacted]

timesWhat notthrow in the sink and whyThe ventilator that we always used was used for all our clients on every job,we always make sure it works properly before we performed job for a client we never tell any of ourclients it eliminates all the dust and smell because the ventilator is not capable of limiting all of thedebris it really only cutesdown on all the fumes, which we also inform her of, This is the whole truth and nothing but the truth, Sorry but true the [redacted]'s (note--company gave wrong name) are looking for a free job and are lying. So help me God. At the time of the original appointment. I took my time in carefully measuring everything. So that they would have more time...

in picking out the right color.I informed them to please let me know if you have any questions picking out a color.I also recommended to pick out 1 color to do the back splash and counter tops. But they kept demanding to use 2 different colors. Which I didn't charge them extra for but should have. They only put a percentage and not paid in full.  I spent 30 minutes taking careful measurements and figuring out price etc... While they took the tiles out of the case and put it against the cabinets. So that they could have a good look on what it would look like together. They took out several pieces and looked at each piece very carefully. They claimed that they were absolutelypositive about the color they picked, There is a code on the back of each color tile. So that we know which color to order. It comes from Florida so takes a good week to come in. I asked them 3 times while taking the measurements, After they said they liked the color. they chose the tile with grey in it, I have the code written in their appointment to prove that was the actual code they chose,, I asked them to please make sure this is the color they like. They repeated 3 times with a yes we love this color, so I went and ordered the color with their consent. After the color was confirmed I immediately called the office to give them the color code and color name they picked out. Plus to also find out what appointments were available to them. the demanded to be put of all our other clients and became very hostile about having to wait for an appointment, we explained nicely to them, we could could not put them ahead of everyone ele because it wouldn't be fair to the other clients.  I informed them that it would take at least a week to come in. Which it does. the color codes again are on the back of the tiles. So that we know which color to order from the manufacturer.  The materials came in and I went to the appointment. It took all day to mask and tape everything off carefully. I did the job. etc... They had another painter there while I was doing the job. Who rubbed against the counter top doing some damage. After I explained to them. to be extra careful and not to touch anything on the counter to go near it. They did not read the contract, and ignored the contract completely  As it is currently mostly water. Then dries over night to the stone finish. Yes, some of the colors appear different when first sprayed then when it dries it turns to the correct color.I made them aware of that, they agreed they understood and continued to choose that same color, Especially the dark black colors. Also the office informed our clients. That no other contractor should be there while we are doing our work. Due to dust etc... they could cause and damage the surface.. Which obviously it did. I went back to take the paper off for them. A week later they called and complained and harassed us. They demanded that they would never pick out a grey color. When in fact they did pick out a gray color. Her husband picked up the bottle and held it in his hands for a good 5 minutes or longer. The color code on top of the bottle is the biggest words on the bottle.after he looked at the bottle he claimed that he understood what he saw and read on the bottle and agreed this was the color they wanted, I made sure he saw the code on the bottle, written huge on the label, they both agreed they loved the color, I went to the case to get the tile. I found it and showed someone at the office the tile. I asked them is this grey they responded yes. I knew it was. But wanted confirmation that they color they picked out. Plus. the color I confirmed with them 3 times. That, that color does have allot of gray in it. They were very rude and harassing as well. I politely informed them that we would go back and make them happy. We were even willing to redo those counter tops to make them happy. I asked another contractor and he suggested that we should recharge them for doing all the work all over again. As there was very labor intensive.  They kept harassing us to the point that we had to contact our Attorneys. They demanded that we never go back there again. Even though the color they picked out contained allot of gray. The sample piece did not have as much stone finish on it like we used. Which more stone would make it better. Anyway. our Attorneys then sent out a letter to them.  They then tried contacting the local news. So we explained to them what happened exactly. The color codes are in our computer. Which I gave them the day of the original appointment. So that the right materials were ordered which they were. Why would they pick out a color by them selves. That contained grey if they didn't want grey. As I explained to them. At the time of measurements.To please let me know if you have any questions. I would have made sure there was no grey if that is what they wanted. But they DID NOT ask me that. As I would have been more then happy to show them colors that DID NOT have grey in it. Sadly, the color they choose contained allot of grey. I still have no idea on why they would pick out a color with grey in it if that is what they wanted.  The contract is written that NO REFUNDS are given. Especially since the color is what they ordered had grey in it which is what they picked out. They didn't want any help with picking out the color which I would have been more then happy to do for them. I did the measuring while they picked out the color. So that they could not blame me on picking out the color. Which they are solely responsible for.  This is straight from the contract they signed which was reviewed by our Attorneys as well. 9. In the event Owner shall fail to pay any periodic or installment payments due here under. Contractor may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of any dispute. Plus any unforeseen misc charges if needed. Sorry NO refunds are given.  10. All disputes here under shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association only. No sorry, Revdex.com is strictly prohibitive .Which they chose to ignore in the contract.

He again held the container which the 6025 code was on. There is no way you can miss that. As that is the biggest numbers or letters on the bottle. End of story and end of case. This should no longer need to be discussed as the truth has been explained. Thanks for your time

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  The issue is not whether we chose a product with gray in it (which, in fact, we did. 6025 does have some gray in it), but rather that what ended up on our counters is primarily gray, and not the color represented by the samples.  This matter can be resolved by Mr. I[redacted] coming to the house with the
color samples and comparing the sample to the countertop.  His refusal
to make the time to do this during only two separate phone conversations
(Aug. 31 and Sept. 3) resulted in my asking for a refund.
