I had previously discussed with Mr*** the issues that he had regarding the refinishing of his tub that we had done. He was concerned about the caulking. In our over years of experience, we have not had any of the problems that he was concerned about happening. And if they did
- it would be covered under our warranty However, I did contact Mr*** on Friday April 21st. We have agreed to redo his entire tub again in order to satisfy him. He is contacting his tenant and will get back to us to schedule to have the work done Doug *** Surface Renew
