Owner, ***, has promised on multiple occasions to remedy stained driveway his crew caused during work on garage floor and improve concrete repair
*** from Surface Solutions and I agreed on several surfaces his company would service on my property (strip existing paint and install epoxy on garage floor, paint cool deck w/deck material, strip and seal interior tile throughout house, repair and stain concrete on side and back of garage w/option to stain driveway and walkway if we liked the stain's appearance) On 7Maythey commenced with the project of stripping and applying epoxy to my garage When his workers were finishing w/work inside house and garage floor, they stained driveway *** mentioned it was no big deal as he would power wash clean and if I chose to continue w/staining my driveway and walkway, this would be a moot point anyway During the past YEAR he has promised to schedule completion of work on the following dates (9/10Jun16, 29Jul16, 15Aug16, 20Aug16,
