Review: Booked a room through [redacted] for this Hotel for two nights-4/26 & 4/27. Was charged $302.40 for both nights. This was the filthiest, dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Checked in & headed to elevator-it was filthy. Went into room & it was disgusting. Supposed to be oceanview-NOT. Looking @ the backside of their building. Room was small, stinky, & dirty. Shower is 24x24 with plastic shower curtain. Did I mention stinky! Air conditioning is an old fan kept in a small closet. No seating at all in room, only bed. Not at all as advertised. Filthy! Went immediatly back to reception area in lobby & told them we were not staying & wanted a refund. They would not give it since we booked through Expedia. Offered us another room for an additional $50 per nite-urged us to go look @ another room. We did & it was worse. Stains of who knows what on the comforter, boogers on the ceiling & tobacco spit wads all over balcony-GROSS! Went back down to lobby & told them we would not stay there, asked for refund, which they refused. Asked to speak to manager-was told he was busy & could not speak to us. Told us to let them know when we were checking out so they could rent the room to someone else since we were not staying, double booking the room! UNACCEPTABLE. Asked for a receipt when we were leaving & they refused to give us one. Told us [redacted] would provide us one, which they do not, the receipt comes from the Hotel. The whole place has a terrible odor, dirty floors, FILTHY! Did not stay-was too dirty. They told us to let them know when we left so they could rent the room to someone else (They actually told us this)- DOUBLE CHARGING for the room!Desired Settlement: They told us they would refund us for one night (Saturday night 4/27), however that has not yet been credited to our account. We want our money refunded for both nights, we did not stay. We did not use the room at all. And yet they specifically told us they were going to rent the room to someone else as they were booked for the night (Friday).
