I have sent her a email and I have received no reply as of yetHer complaint was that we advertised a $car wash and that when she got to the pay station that we did not offer that and was forced to purchase a $washI explained to her in a email that we do in fact have a $wash and it is on the bottom of the screen just like all the othersI offered her a free $wash for her inconvenience on her next visit and also asked that she speak with any attendant on the lot to show her that it does in fact exist for the futureI do not know why she did not say anything to anyone here after this happenedWe would have gladly taken care of that at that time and resolved the issue.We have at least to people a day purchase the $wash without any issuePlease let me know if there is anything that I should do at this point since this is the first time in years that I have encountered a complaint Thank You [redacted] Surfer Express Car Wash ###-###-####

I explained to her in a email that we do in fact have a $3.00 wash and it is...

I offered her a free $15.00 wash for her inconvenience on her next visit and also asked that she speak with any attendant on the lot to show her that it does in fact exist for the future. I do not know why she did not say anything to anyone here after this happened. We would have gladly taken care of that at that time and resolved the issue.We have at least 50 to 75 people a day purchase the $3.00 wash without any issue. Please let me know if there is anything that I should do at this point since this is the first time in 6 years that I have encountered a complaint.
