Hi ,I’ve refunded the customer in the amount of $69.99, against our 30-day refund policy. His subscription has been cancelled. This credit should show up on his bank statement in 2-3 business days. Our previous conversation is attached.Thank you!

Review: I have been using these online services for several years but I no longer need them. When my American Express bill recently came, I saw that my Buoyweather subscription had automatically renewed. I sent them an email notifying them that I wished to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. They refused.The charge from Buoyweather to my American Express card was dated 5/19/15. My AMEX closing date wasnt until 6/17/15. I received notification from Wells Fargo of my pending eBill on 6/19/15. Not realizing time was of the essence, I sent the cancellation request six days later on 6/25/15.Buoyweather says they will not refund the annual renewal charge unless the cancellation is done within thirty days of the renewal date. Since they do not send out ANY notification of the renewal, and due to the delay of the billing cycle, cancellation within thirty days was actually impossible. That is why I contend this charge is unauthorized. I never even had an opportunity to cancel within those thirty days.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $79.95 credited back to my American Express card.
