Review: In July I took delivery of a dining table and chairs from Surfside Casual. However, two barstools were delivered instead of two of the chairs. The delivery men returned the barstools and brought the chairs I had ordered. I called the salesman, [redacted], who said he had inadvertently entered the wrong code. We agreed that he would have a check sent for the difference to my California address. The check did not come. Some time later I called [redacted] again. He apologized and said the matter had fallen between the cracks; he promised to take care of having the check sent. It did not come. I have since called three more times. Each time someone promises to look into the matter and get back to me, but that never happens. Twice I have spoken to the manager. This Wednesday I asked him what the problem is, and he said he wished he knew. So do I. I want me refund!Desired Settlement: I want the refund.
