Work Started Jan mainly brought materials, very little work Jan was really late and worked only hrs on carport, worked all day Jan and on carport On Jan one person took down the entire Lanai Only partial day on Jan because only one worker, partial day on Jan Full day on Jan Jan late start, picked up entry doorWas pulled early to help another workerWas told they would be there Monday Jan no one showed again until Feb and worked part of dayI have repeatedly called talked with John on several occasions and today feb I talked with Kaleb who originally said it took about two weeks to doWhen I registered my complaint to him continually asking for people to finish the job, was told I was trying to bully then All I want is work to be done in a timely professional matter, which this is very

after the hurricane in my insurance gave me a settlement to do the work on my home,I called surfside for a estamite for building my carport,replaceing roof on my shed, replacing damaged panels on my lani,and replaceing to aluminum doors on my shedfor 22,dollars,and they needed the whole amount as a deposit before they would put me on waiting list.My bank cut a check in my name and surfsides name,I signed off on the check and surfside came over and picked it up on 11-16-2017.they came several months later andstarted work or three hours aday for several weeks.after the carport was completed we got several rains and many leaks were seen in the carport inside the shed on the lani,I called surfside several timesand no one called back, I left several messages,I asked them would they come and install the two doors on the shed and fix the leaks and have never heard back from them
The business has made several time commitments on construction of new lanai and after taking $4,have not responded to attempts to contact
I called surfside a few days after Irma and signed a contract for my lanai to be replaced I was told that in order for them to get the necessary supplies before a price increase in materials that a $down payment would be requiredto date, nothing has been done and we cannot contact the president of the company
