UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT
I did a trial of nitric oxide male enhancement on October 17, 2019 and called them that it did not work for me so that they can stop pulling my money but they went and pull my money on November 17, 2019 in the amount of $84.49 without sending the product and another $84.49 is pending to be pulled from my account. I explained to cash app account authority that it was an unauthorized charge but they said I have to contact nitric oxide. It is been hard for me to get in touch with them since I have deleted the confirmation email sent to me by nitric oxide. It was the management of cash app that gave me this link to report them for my refund and to stop them from further charging my account. Thanks

I need them to issue a refund to my cash app account of the product they never sent to me and cancel the subscription which I have earlier informed them to cancel and stop charging my account monthly

I DID WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO IN OTHER FOR THE COMPANY NOT TO FURTHER DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. HOW CAN THE COMPANY SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SALES RECORD OR LOCATE THE ACCOUNT. I HAVE DELETED THE EMAIL SINCE I THOUGHT I WAS DONE WITH THEM, BUT THEY CAN ALWAYS GET THE INFORMATION BY THE MONEY THEY ARE TAKING FROM CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT.I HAVE TAKING ALL MY MONEY OUT OF THE CASH-APP ACCOUNT BUT UP TILL DECEMBER 16, 2019. THEY STILL TRY TO PROCESS ANOTHER CASH OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BUT THERE WAS NO CASH FOR THEM TO DEDUCT BECAUSE OF THE ZERO BALANCE ON THE ACCOUNT.

They said these two charges are 14-day trial only. The statement did not show upon payment information and any agreement of subscription.

I only agreed to pay 4.98 & 4.95 the two amounts only.

On 07/17/2019 I got charged both 89.98 & 89.95 without notification and agreement on my bank statement.
I believe they do tricks on their website and payment so I got the two extra charges, and they rejected the full refunds of both 89.98 & 89.95 after calling their *** service.

Full refunds of 89.98 & 89.95. Total: 179.93 to my bank account.

I ordered a free 14-day trial offer, on 07/01. On 07/19, I received an email if I wanted to cancel my order. I clicked yes.
On 07/01, I order the free 14 day trial offer. On 07/19, I received an email asking if I wanted to cancel 07/15 order. I clicked yes. I than received email stating my ongoing and any future orders has been canceled. No where in any of the e-mails does it state, " Subscription". And not where does it state, "$89.95 & $89.99" will be charged to my credit card. I request a refund for these two unauthorized charges. I have all emails, if you need them for me to forward them to you. Thank you.

Purchased 2 items on their website on 4/3/2019 for $89.50 and $85.50. Received them by mail around 4/12/2019. I only had 2 days to start using the item and discovered I was charged 2 additional charges of $89.50 and $85.50 and so I called to return the products and get a refund. They said I only had 14 days from ordering to do so. I said that was not sufficient time in order to make a decision about the value of the product. They refused to refund any of my money so I filed a dispute with my credit card co. and was informed 5/XXXXXX that there was nothing they could do either. I then received an email on 7/20/2019 saying the $89.50 amount was being credited back to my credit card in the next 1-2 months. I want the other amount, $85.50, to also be credited to my card acct. like the $89.50 amount. That is my complaint,that they chose to just refund on and not both amounts. Thank you.

The date in our system showed both transactions were refunded on 4/23, one day after Mr. initiated the dispute with his financial institute. If Mr. received one of the refund, meaning he should recieve the remaining refund as well.

The company refuses to refund my money for a product that made me sick. In addition, they bill you because they don't accept returns on their product.
I called the Customer Service line at (XXX) XXX-XXXX and I spoke to representative *** who immediately informed me that even thought the product made me sick and I didn't want it, they do not accept returns. since I had the product past the 14 day trial date, the billing of $89.95 not only stands but is non-refundable. She gave me a confirmation number to show that my supposed subscription is cancelled. I have reviewed their website and here is there promise "You may give back Surge Complete Testosterone Booster for a refund thus need because it is inside fourteen lifetimes of your initial purchase. You will financial gain things with no refund if it's unused inside thirty life" Yet they refused me a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like a complete refund of the $89.95 billed to my debit card. I called within the 30 days described and I was refused a refund.

company charging my credit card unauthorized
in Feb 2019 I began receiving two bottles of surge complete and my credit card was charged $179.93. I sent the bottles back and explained that I have never placed an order but to refund my money. I am a senior citizen and a woman and have no use for surge complete. The next month the same thing, I received and returned requesting once again to not send me these bottles. Since Feb 2019 surge complete has charged my credit card $1,079.58 for something I have never ordered and that I returned to them.

If I could leave no star I would. This company just violated the TCPA Law by sending me a text message and I have never signed up to receive anything from this company. I have never heard of them until tonight when I received a telemarking text and took a screenshot of every link that opened until I got to the owner which is Surge Complete. I will be issuing a certified letter demanding my money for their TCPA violation.

I was to receive 2 products nitric oxide booster and testosterone booster which Surge Complete charged me for, but did not receive any product.
II agreed to the free trial on 05/02/2019. I paid for shipping, but did not receive the products. On 5/20/2019, my account was debited in the amount of $89.95 and $89.98 whereas I did not receive the products.

Desired Outcome

II contacted Surge Complete representatives thrice, but they denied. I contacted my bank and my banker showed me my bank statement. The company withdrew the money on 05/20/2019. $89.95 and $89.98.Earlier, the company withdrew $4.95 and $4.98 for shipping.

They keep sending me emails saying they will try everyday to charge until it goes through. So my credit card is now froze due to their In compliance. I would like Them to shut down or stop the harassment of charging people who wish not to continue their product

The pills were advertised on the internet and it stated Free Trial only pay shipping.I used my Capital One credit card to purchase 2 bottles and my card was charged on 06/03/2019 for $4.98 and $4.95. I received an email showing the purchase for the cost of above. The 2 bottles of pills were delivered to my residence and I did receive them. On 06/18/2019 my credit card showed a charge of $89.98 from a place called extendbrawnynitricoxid. I retrieved my pill bottles and saw that they displayed a nitric oxide advertisement on them so I felt this was from Surge Complete. 06/18/2019 I contacted Capital One credit card fraud department and advised them I did not authorize the $89.98 charge. Capital One agreed to dispute the charge. I then contacted Surge Complete at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Surge Complete customer service representative *** answered the phone. She confirmed the company name was Surge Complete with the *** NW *** Avenue address out of Miami Florida. I asked *** on why I was charged $89.98 from this company. She advised me that under the terms and conditions if I did not cancel my subscription within 14 days I would be charged full price for each of the two products I purchased. I did not see any terms or conditions that stated I would be obligated to a subscription and would have to pay full price if I didn't cancel. I told *** I wanted to cancel any subscription and any other affiliation with Surge Complete. She agreed to the cancellation and I received an email from Surge Complete advising my subscription was canceled. I then told *** that nothing stated I would have to pay full price and I asked for a refund. Desiree asked me if I had filed a dispute with my bank and I didn't answer her. *** advised me that the only way she could refund my money was if I dropped the dispute with the credit card company. *** could not help me any further and the call ended.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of all expenses I paid Surge Complete in regards to this order. Once refunded I would like no other contact by this company or affiliates.

SURGE COMPLETE / www.surgecompletetestosterone.com (s) ads are misleading and designed to 'TRICK? you into believing you will be given an opportunity to try their product for a 30 days with only having to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. However they hide the truth within the fine print that's written very lightly in type. The fine print was recognized after speaking to a representative that explained to me that, what I'd done by paying the $4.9, I was given 14 days to try the 30 day supply (WHICH MAKES NO SINCE IN ITS SELF) I was supposed to call them after the 14 days to cancel the Oder. So I asked, so you're telling me I was supposed to try the 30 day supply for 14 days and then if I didn't like it, send the remaining supply back? She says, no. Just call and say something there's no sending anything back. We have nothing set up for that.. Anyway, they charged my card $89.95 X 2. They are aware of what they are doing and it's wrong!!!! Not cool!

Received new products 05/21/19. Called SurgeComplete service (XXX) XXX-XXXX on 05/20/19; agreed cancel all 05/20/19; refused the return of all unused product. Used less than a week of product due to very unfavorable physical response - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea for several days.

The disputed charges of 05/29, on Order # FXXXXXCF78, have been refunded to my CC account; the prompt response is appreciated. The unauthorized charges of 04/16, on Order # B7D80D1FFE, remain in dispute. The issue of different Order #'s and charges for one initial order suggest a bait and switch scheme. The original free trial order on 04/03 did NOT include T&C check-boxes for an auto-ship program and monthly subscription; only the S&H costs were noted and paid via CC. The knowledge of future pending fees would have terminated my order immediately. The disputed charges of 04/16 remain in effect and I look to the refund of those billed charges as well. I have been very pleased with the manner in which this dispute on charges has been resolved. My special thanks to Revdex.com for the manner in which they were able to assist in the resolution of this matter!

I agreed to pay shipping cost for SURGE COMPLETE Testosterone but received SURGE COMPLETE NO. Later my credit card was charged full price for both.
On April 29, 2019 I responded to an email "pop up" advertising SURGE COMPLETE TESTOSTERONE booster Free, just pay shipping cost. I agreed to pay shipping and submitted my VISA card for payment. I received SURGE COMPLETE TESTOSTERONE AND SURGE COMPLETE Nitric Oxide booster and charged $4.95 and $4.98 respectfully on April 29, 2019. I received both products approximately a week later from AVISTA MANAGEMENT, Order number AC3CF8972A6 and began taking SURGE COMPLETE TESTOSTERONE, but not SURGE COMPLETE NO. On May 13, 2019 I noticed a charge on my credit card for $89.95 from UPLIFTBODYCORENTRICOX, telephone no: XXX-XXX-XXXX CA. I called that number on May 15, 2019 and spoke with Customer Service Representative, DASHANTI. She explained that my credit card was charged for both products because I failed to notify them to cancel my order within the 14 day trial period that I had to agree to in order to receive the product. I explained that I checked a box on the order that stated that I agreed to the terms of the order but do not remember any mention of a requirement for me to contact them to cancel full payment for each item if I wasn't satisfied, as she stated. I explained that a charge for the Nitric Oxide booster had not been posted yet. She exclaimed that it would be charged approximately the same as the $89.95 already posted for the Testosterone booster. Also, these charges were for the "Free" product advertised, that I received by paying shipping charges earlier. I explained that I am 80 yrs old and a 23 year Military Retiree, and felt their advertisement was misleading and untruthful, and desired my money back. She said their protocol was to repay only 35 percent of the cost, and I would only have $62.97 refunded. I asked her to cancel my order and informed her that I was filing a complaint against their practices. This is a scam, and may be fraud by charging my credit card for charges that I did not agree to.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the charges made to my VISA credit card, except for the agreed shipping charges that I originally agreed to. Also, if there are proposed additional charges if the customer is satisfied with the product, a full explanation should be listed on shipping documents and on the container. If further charges are desired to be made to a customer's credit card, that charge should only be made after the customer agrees at the time of the charge.

Got caught in a scam. I called to return the product billed APril 5. This is definately a scam.
Free trail turned into a scam - the very high rediculous price was not propery advertized and they wont accpet the product back even the next day after delivery unopened!

He states that it was "End of Trial" Fees. I never saw or agreed to these terms and agreements. I feel cheated by this company for unlawfully enrolling me into a subscription for their products and charging absurd amounts that were not approved. I paid with my Visa Card.

I purchased the free trial,all that the web site said was to pay postage. I received the products and tried it,It was a scam the products did nothing. appox 3 weeks after receiving the product checked by credit card account and seen I was billed $89.95 and $94.90. I called them and was told that I had 14 days to return the product and that I was billed for the products and was receiving more of the product and was billed again. They did cancel my subscription and refunded the first billing but was told they would not refund the second billing.When I ordered there products they had nothing on there site about 14 days to cancel also they had no price on there product.They have now updated there site to state the 14 days and they have the price.There products did nothing except cause heart burn. There company is a complete fraud
