Hi ***,I would like to apologize for the situationYour email, as well as your company’s domain has been removed from all contact listsYou will not receive any email communication, nor will you be solicited in any way, by a Surge team memberOur email marketing system runs on a complex algorithm, and it seems that your emails keeps getting through despite being added to unsubscribe listsCan you check with your IT department to see if your company runs on additional domains? Often times employees are unaware of additional domains, and it's not until we loop IT in that we uncover several others (I've seen as many as 20+)Adding your additional domains to the unsubscribe list should resolve the issue and cease all email communicationAgain, I apologize for the situationPlease feel free to contact me if you have any additional concernsThank you for your understanding, Michelle V***Marketing Manager [redacted] @surgeforward.com

We received your complaint notification on May 6th in regards to emails sent to [redacted] Through our internal investigation we identified only one email address [redacted] (for [redacted] ) that requested removal from our email listThis was removed from our outbound email campaigns at that timeWe have identified an additional email [redacted] which was removed today from our campaign listAt no time did we receive a request for removal and therefore we continued to send additional email information We utilize a 3rd party to distribute our email communication and have the following rules in place No emails are sent to any personal domain ending in gmail.com, yahoo.com, aol.com All unsubscribe requests are added to our suppression list every Friday All individual and company domains are added to the suppression list based on an email request All internal email servers SPAM folders are checked weekly to ensure unsubscribe domains are removed Email campaigns are sent only every two weeks and therefore any request to unsubscribe is captured before the next campaign At Surge, we are committed to respecting our clients and prospects requests for how they receive communication from our organizationWe have built our email communication process with all necessary safeguards to meet all best practices and consumer protection We apologize for the error and will continue to monitor our internal process to ensure that this does not happen to other parties

Thank you for your understanding, Michelle V*** Mr*** responded with a "Thanks Michelle!" We consider the issue resolved but please contact us if any more emails are received from Surge

Per his request, we have removed the consumer's email address from our email marketing campaign and notified him of the removal.
