researched the issue of concern. The complainant is requesting a billing adjustment from Dr. O[redacted] office and appropriate patient centered care and kindness from the billing agent there. [redacted] appreciates the request and I've attempted to contact the complainant, but was unable to reach her by phone. Dr. O[redacted], at the time of the complaint, was part of the practice Surgical Associates of Silver City, [redacted] — ph [redacted]. [redacted] would not bill for an office visit to this practice. The billing agent of concern is no longer employed at this practice. The current Practice Manager is a lovely caregiver who will respond with respect and if a refund is due, will provide it and if there is education required around the insurance and billing process, she will assist with that. I'm truly sorry that the complainant was not satisfied with the care received in our community. We appreciate you letting us know when we may need to make improvements. I am sorry that I cannot resolve this concern as it does not pertain to [redacted].
