In response to complaint to [redacted] please see the attached letter from [redacted] of Cotton RoadToursCotton Road Tours chartered our motor coach for this tourIt was not a tour we planned andorganized ourselvesHowever, we have worked with Cotton Road Tours on several trips over the pastfive yearsThey have always had successful tours with generally very positive reports form customers.I was not personally on the tour so I do not have first-hand knowledge of how the specifics of the tourwentHowever, I did help plan the outline of the tour to be sure the driver would operate within the legaldriving times, hours off, etcThis trip did include some long to hour days, but the driver neverexceeded his legal driving time and always had more than the required hours off between daysIn fact,most days he and the group had to hours at the hotel each evening.This was a large group of about peopleMost of the group flew into Salt Lake City to start the tourInaddition to our motor coach, which drove with about of the passengers from Wisconsin, Cotton RoadTours chartered a bus from Salt Lake CityDoreen [redacted] was not on the Able Trek Tours motor coach,she rode or was assigned to the other motor coachI cannot address the condition of the other coach butI can tell your our coach was "gone through" at the end of every dayThe coach cannot have athorough cleaning each night as it would if it came back to the home garageHowever, the driver andescort swept, cleaned the toilet and generally "straighten up" the coach each evening.Again, please see the attached letter from [redacted] of Cotton Road Tours that address many of Mrs[redacted] concernswill make the 25th year of being in business for Able Trek ToursWe have organizedthousands of tours and vacations and have had tens of thousands of customers on these motor coachtripsAlthough we strive to completely satisfy every single customer we understand that is not possible.To my knowledge this the very first Revdex.com complaint ever filed again Able Trek ToursIhave no doubtfrom reading Mrs***'s letter that she did not enjoy her tripI never want to hearthatand I feel bad that she did not have a positive experienceHowever, we have had reports from othercustomers who were on this trip that they enjoyed this excursion[redacted] Founder/Owner

However, I did help plan the outline of the tour to be sure the driver would operate within the legaldriving times, hours off, etc. This trip did include some long 12 to 15 hour days, but the driver neverexceeded his legal driving time and always had more than the required 8 hours off between days. In fact,most days he and the group had 10 to 12 hours at the hotel each evening.This was a large group of about 75 people. Most of the group flew into Salt Lake City to start the tour. Inaddition to our motor coach, which drove with about 20 of the passengers from Wisconsin, Cotton RoadTours chartered a bus from Salt Lake City. Doreen [redacted] was not on the Able Trek Tours motor coach,she rode or was assigned to the other motor coach. I cannot address the condition of the other coach butI can tell your our 2013 coach was "gone through" at the end of every day.
