We placed a couple of orders with this company in October of 2013. They called us on 10/31/13 to tell us that the product we were ordering had been discontinued and to order it from another carrier; so we cancelled all three orders with them. In January of 2014, we received delivery on all three orders. I called their customer service rep, [redacted] to get a return. She took all of my information and told me that the company President, [redacted], had to authorize the return. I never heard back from her, even after 10 voicemails and nearly a month had gone by. I even left messages for [redacted] that were never returned. I finally got an email contact for [redacted] so I sent him an email message on 2/4/14 requesting an [redacted] on the product. I never heard back from him either. I asked our Receiving department to ship back all three of the orders, and I moved into a new department one week later.Flash forward to about July -- we start getting collection calls on the three orders. Again, I have left multiple voicemail messages for [redacted] with no return phone call. I find out that the products were not returned and were thus still sitting in our receiving dock. [redacted] refuses to issue an [redacted] and credit our account, even though he and SurgPro dropped the ball on this issue to the tune of a baker's dozen of phone calls and emails.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementMore specifically, I want him to issue an [redacted] and full credit for the three orders that his company shipped to us AFTER calling us to cancel them.I would also like this complaint to become a matter of public record. I really feel that ANY company that deals with SurgPro needs to know about their horrible customer service. I am most certainly reaching out to our sister facilities in the LA - ALA - MISS area to make sure that they blacklist this company from their vendor files.
