Review: I went to make an appointment to get my haircolor done to ombre of 3 shades,one of the hairstylists said [redacted] knew how to do it,so I went and took my kids to my moms house. When I got to the salon I showed her the picture on my phone of how I wanted it,but immediately she said u can put it away.So I figured she knew exactly what I wanted.She added bleach to all my hair to take all the color out,as she did that she didnt have no gloves on and massaged my hair without em..she then added a toner to all my hair,gave me a haircut,blowdried my hair and said she would add 1 highlighlight but ended up adding highlights(bleach) to all my hair,I never asked for highlights,I asked how come you ate adding highlights,but she wouldnt listen to me..she just said its going to come out great..I then asked how come you havent added dyed the tips & that is when she started doing it,highlights were already processing,she evn gave another girl a haircut and blowdry while I had bleach on my hair,then put me under the heater..highlights felt like spaghuetti..thats when I broke down,I said why is all my hair so blond I dont see 3 shades..another hairstylist came & told her she was doing it wrong..I started crying so bad,the hairstylist told her what to do,get some hair from to p & dye it darker..but [redacted] started adding it toward the tips,I sai stop why are u doing tips,the supposrd to be blond..when I sai that she went and got more bleach,I said no no no I want my hair back to how it was no more..so 2 of the hairstylists dyed my hair brown again,I was crying so much.[redacted] never apologized she just walked out the door. She never cared about how I wanted it,she would say stuff like you are going to be a pretty blond..never dye your hair dark again it gives people a sad face,I was like I didnt say I wanted it blond..I was in the salon from 10 am to 8 pm, 10 hrs,hungry,head hurted so bad..when I taled to manager 2 days later,she didnt seem to care but said she would call me the next day but she didnt etc etDesired Settlement: I asked the manager for $500,because my hair is so damaged and I wanted to get it treated for a long time,she said we could do it there but I said I dont want nothing done at your salon..she said hair treatment are not expensive.. I payed 25 dollars at another sacause my head had been itching and have dead skin,there's more detail to this..they dont want to pay and act like nothing happend,I am emotionally hurt,she cut my hair alot shorter and my hair feels sticky..they dyed my hair 5 times
